LAX KW’ALAAMS PRESENTATION TO THE LNG SECTOR THE LAX KW’ALAAMS FIRST NATION, located near Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada, is preparing for the development of LNG facilities (“the Projects”) in the Prince Rupert area, by partnering with companies that can provide professional and efficient local services. Lax Kw’alaams has considerable business acumen and a history of being a leader in development of local business opportunities to serve its members and the northwest. LAX KW’ALAAMS MODULAR, SALES, AND LEASING SOLUTIONS LP Britco LP and Lax Kw’alaams Modular Sales and Leasing LP have entered into an innovative partnership to rent and sell permanent and temporary modular buildings throughout the traditional territory of the Lax Kw’alaams. With approximately 1,000 employees and operations in Canada, the USA and Australia, Britco is one of the largest modular construction companies in the industry. Britco offers leading design-build capabilities and turnkey construction project management services for a wide range of customers in the construction, energy and resource sectors. SPOOLING FABRICATION FOR LNG Lax Kw’alaams and Blue Fire Metals are actively working on developing the business of pipe spooling for the Prince Rupert area. We see this as an excellent opportunity to build capacity and training within the membership and for the northwest while providing a service to Petronas that will be required for the construction of an LNG facility. Sperling Hansen Associates, Inc. is an engineering consultancy specialized in providing solid waste management services to municipal and corporate clients. The company was formed in 1995 by Dr. Tony Sperling and Paul Hansen, past president of Highland Valley Copper, one of the largest copper mines in the world. NATURAL GAS (LNG)

TRANSPORTATION Natural Gas (LNG) Transportation is a business initiative in the planning stages. Lax Kw’alaams has an interest in providing contract LNG, providing contract LNG bulk carriers to move LNG primarily from the Prince Rupert area to world-wide markets. In partnership with the LNG proponents in our traditional territory. The history of the Coast Tsimshian People is tied to the marine environment and historically they were known as a sea-faring people, ranging far and wide. The use of the marine environment for transportation of goods is integral to the history and culture of the Coast Tsimshian Nation. Involvement with a world leader in marine transportation will be an extension and continuation of their traditions and culture. This is a developing initiative and we look forward to entering discussions toward accomplishing mutual interests for the delivery of LNG products to world markets, while allowing the development of a locally owned First Nation marine transportation company.
