1. LIBRARY INFILL TOOLS: SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, PHYS. MODEL
This library infill project is highly influenced by the theme of intersection, which stems from all of the variables introduced by a library’s occupants. Whether it be their reason for coming, their interests, or what the library means to them, each person that enters is different from the last. However, the library acts as a unifying component to a comunnity, despite these everchanging differences.

2.DYSTOPIAN MONUMENT TOOLS: RHINO, V-RAY, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR
Inspired by Brutalist architecture, this sculptural monument takes place in a post-apocalyptic, dystopian future. It is symbolic in its form relating to a tree, representing growth or hope for the future. Simultaneously, it captures resilience in its piercing action through a number of concrete planes. 3. MOVIE GALLERY
TOOLS: RHINO, PENS, GRAPHITE, PHYS. MODEL
Inspired by the exhibit “Manifesto: Art x Agency” in Hirshhorn, this gallery provides occupants with two films as they traverse through the spaces. As one continues through the gallery, the spaces expand or compress along with the tension or relief of the films. This, along with the concrete texture of the walls and variable lighting throughout the course of the day provide a near endless amount of opportunities and experiences.

TOOLS: PHOTOSHOP, GOOGLE, TIME
Rather than rendering digitally with programs like V-Ray or Lumion, I tend to portray projects through photoshopping materials over base linework from digital models I have created. I feel this gives me a better understanding of material choices and consequences, and also tests my ability to understand how natural lighting interacts with certain spaces.
