Abdoun Atrium, the first boutique high-end mall in Jordan, is an exclusive project of ALRASHAD (www.alrashad.com) that has been designed to present architecture intelligence in addition to bringing about new concepts of entertainment to Jordan. The project will be featuring elite stores and restaurants, newly introduced to the market, to offer a new shopping experience.

Ideally situated in the trendy shopping district of Abdoun Circle, minutes away from The Four Seasons and Sheraton hotels, Abdoun Atrium is expected to house world-class fashion and jewelry boutiques, along with cafĂŠs, restaurants and lounges to simply unwind after a long day.





Design Concept Besides creating a negative space that provides a quality communal venue, adds physical social permeability and fluidity to the context, and frames the best surrounding views, Abdoun Atrium is a fashion product that holds retail at its highest realm. The relationship between fashion and architecture constituted the main dialogue in cutting-out this project. The dualities in

fashion and in architecture inspired the experience between two well-crafted polar components that form this project: the static versus the flamboyant component, the elegant confident silent versus the high energy fluid shouting one etc. Both dualities were generated and differentiated through distinct forms and material skins.
