Dear Investor, On behalf of the developer, we provide you with the latest updates as of January 2019 from the Aura construction site.
Following the demise of the original contractor, Forrest Ltd, the replacement contractor, Vermont, has now been engaged to complete the works and have commenced on site. A summary of the works to date are as follows: • Foundations complete (all phases) • Phase 1 lift core base, retaining wall works and concrete lift shaft works complete • Phases 1 & 2 steel work installation complete to level 9 and part way to level 11 • Drainage installations underway • Bathroom pods delivered for phase 1 • Phase 2 lift core base works ongoing Completion is now anticipated to be: Phase 1 Q2 2020 Phase 2 Q3 2020 Phase 3 Q3 2020
