Principal Designer’s Report
So� and Heavy demo works are complete to ground floor now. All heavy/structural steel have been fi�ed and all structural floor infills carried out. Stud par��ons look complete with 1st fix M&E works well on with, Site looks well with no cause for concern. 1.2
H&S Inspec�ons
Temp work propping to good standard Rear of building -Prospect Place is in a terrible state -NOT COLONIAL CHAMBERS SITE TEAM DOING – works across the backing at Granite House are causing serious issues. Reported to council and Emersions Building Management, WC opera�ves advised area NO GO ZONE.- Previous issue regards H&S to rear of building is now resolved with all works complete by neighbouring contractors. Small areas of trop hazards in site need to be monitored and managed while floors are being upli�ed/replaced. 1.3
