Terms & Conditions 1. This contest is open to Malaysian citizens or persons residing in Malaysia.

2. The closing date for this contest is on the date of the draw, which is on Wednesday, 1 June 2016.

3. The draw will be conducted at the discretion of Cornerstone International Properties and no dispute will be entertained.

4. Cornerstone International Properties reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time.

5. Only one (1) winner will be selected.

6. The winner is entitled to one (1) return ticket to Melbourne at the value of up to RM3500.00 only.

7. The winner must redeem his/her gift by way of reimbursement, either by cheque (collection to be done in person) or direct bank transfer depending on the discretion of the organiser.

8. Proof of purchase must be provided to the organiser for a full refund per the terms and conditions stated herein.

9. The gift is valid for a period of six (6) months from date of draw, until Thursday, 1 Dec 2016.

Gift claims will be considered null and void, and not be entertained after this date.

10. The winner must provide proof of identity per registered details upon entry of this contest.

Cornerstone International Properties reserves the right to retract the gift on suspicion or inaccuracy or misinformation from the winner.

11. Winners may claim their gift by providing their details with supporting documents for reimbursement via email, postal mail or in person.
