All apartments have been inspected and items identified currently being rectified Communal areas complete Courtyard works complete Show flat complete Furniture in warehouse awaiting delivery following practical completion Substation energised 8th November 2017, meters installed 22nd November 2017 with testing and lift commission of M+E services ongoing, expecting to complete 8th December 2017
Following Practical Completion, the developer’s solicitors will issue Notices to Complete, which will give buyers 10 working days to complete their purchase.
