10 JAN 2018 Second crane in and operational 90% of reduced levels and muck away completed Section A (rear) - Drainage, ground floor slab and gas membrane in; Concrete walls starting to go up Section B (front) - Sky deck installed (temporary support to allow concrete to be poured to form the ground floor level); Ready for main scaolding to be erected, prior to steel frame arriving Attenuation tank installed to internal courtyard (a tank which takes away excessive surface water) Section D (front) - Progressing well with ground floor concrete walls, floors and transfer deck going in Steel frame due on site 29 January

15 NOV 2017 Phase 1 - 50% of ground floor constructed in concrete and remaining section in by Christmas; Floor above will have steel frame Phase 2 - Removal of old retaining wall and levelling of site (to be reduced by 7 meters) progressing well; Expected to be complete by Christmas Contractor was going to have full site released to build steel frame which would take 3-4 months to reach roof height; Site being released in 4 sections; Each section will take approximately 8 weeks to reach roof height; Not required to finish one section before starting on next; Staggered start and end dates; Crane base for 2nd crane in by Christmas; 2 cranes on site from January to speed up construction; First section at roof height beginning March; All sections at roof height by May

12 OCT 2017 16 weeks behind schedule, due to extensive engineering work to rear of site to ensure zero impact on adjacent church Steel frame ready, being stored o site and will be on site January Will make up some lost time when erection of steel frame starts Completion expected August/September 2018, prior to student intake end September Phase 1 - Levels reduced, foundations and drainage complete Phase 2 - Retaining wall (7m concrete filled trench at the base of the church) underpinning the church complete; 7m high brick wall and soil behind to be removed to bring this part of site down to same level as Phase 1; once complete work on foundations to start

09 AUG 2017 2-3 weeks behind schedule due to 2 initial designs that were rejected because of ground conditions and slope Design approved and construction starts next week, with digging foundation mass filled retaining wall Roof on most likely 2-3 weeks behind original schedule, however completion date should not be pushed back, as time in hand on overall program Steel frame due mid-October Site stripped at lower level Crane base put in and crane erected Waiting for approval of Severn Trent, for attenuation tank size and drainage design Engineer on site to do site set out Road closure approved and will be setting up site cabins on road on Sunday

10 MAR 2017 Large building fully demolished and site cleared Design for foundations being finalized Work on foundations expected to start end April Light weight steel frame has been ordered Significant amount of work done o-site, so on-site erection will be quick Erection of frame to start in September. Roof height will be in December
