CORNWALL, Ontario – Dozens of teachers came out to protest the reforms made by the Progressive Conservative Ontario Government under Doug Ford. The protest took place on the afternoon of Friday, May 10, 2019 in front of MPP Jim McDonell’s office.

As a part of reforms to the education system, the Provincial government raised the limit on class sizes from 22 to 28, meaning that less teachers will be teaching more students.

Dale Fobert, a teacher of 27 years and President of the Eastern Ontario district of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association (OECTA) said that a limit of 28, does not mean that there will be only a maximum ratio of 28 students to one teacher in the classroom.

“The concerns I have and I want the public to be aware of is that it won’t be a cap of 28,” he said. “A lot of high schools already have 20 to 30 students per classroom. We are looking at an

average class size of 40.”

Fobert said that the increase student-toteacher ratio will mean that it will be more difficult for students to get their needs met and this becomes more difficult in classrooms with multiple high needs students.

There were not only teachers present at the protest however, support workers were there too.

Liz Harrision is the president of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 4154 which represents secretaries, school librarians and teachers aids.

“These cuts will only be harmful for students and will be felt for generations,” she said. “If you have less classrooms because of the higher ratio, then you will see less secretarial support time, less Educational Assistant time, it all Teachers protesting outside of MPP Jim McDonell’s office on Friday, May 10, 2019 suffers.”

CORNWALL, Ontario – Gas service is not available at Marina 200 and will not be returning for the foreseeable future.

“About a month ago we received notice from the federal Dept of the Environment that the fuel system did not comply with current regulations and they ordered the system to be taken out of service by May 1 and to remove the underground

tanks by late September,” said Jamie Fawthrop, Division Manager for the City of Cornwall’s Parks and Recreation Department in an emailed statement to Seaway News. “As the facility operators the City removed the remaining fuel from the system and took the necessary measures to “lock out” the system. As the owners of the system the Department of Fisheries and Oceans is looking after the removal of the underground tanks.”

Manager for Planning, Development & Recreation said that this is a service that may be missed for the time being. “I don’t think it is a big money maker for the City,” he said. “I think of it more as a service.”

Fawthrop confirmed that the selling of gas at the marina was not a major source of revenue for the City of Cornwall, but that they were looking into replacing the tanks.

“The Department of Fisheries and Oceans have

advised that they are not interested in providing funding assistance for a replacement system,” he said. “We are currently working with suppliers and contractors to determine if the facility can support a new above ground fuel Storage / dispensing system considering today’s standards and regulations and at what cost.” The City of Cornwall took over the operation of Marina 200 for the summer of 2019 after they chose not to renew their contract with the previous operator Leader Sports.

Charlebois sat on City Council three times between 1986-1988, 1992 to 1994 and 1995 to 1997. He passed away on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 at the age of 69 after a long illness.

Due to popular demand, this year’s presentation of the TASTE TOUR: Poutine Edition has been extended from seven days to 10 so that the foodies of Cornwall get a chance to try every poutine on offer, multiple times if they are lucky.

The TASTE TOURs are celebrating their one year anniversary, with Pizza Tour, Burger Tour, and a new tour with a new theme all coming

back for 2019.

“It is all about creating a unique culinary adventure for restaurants and foodies alike. ,” said Patrick Larose, Media Strategy Manager at Seaway News. “Skip the fast food and get out and try some real food. All of this year’s participants are going out of their way to give you a unique poutine experience.”

Larose encourages those who are out trying the TASTE TOUR poutines to take photos and post them to social media with the hashtag #TASTETOUR. The nine restaurants competing for the poutine crown this year are the Jet Set Pub, Schnitzels, Truffles Burger Bar, Sheep’s Head Bistro, Melted Mayhem, Chef in a Bun, Eight Zero Zero, Lancaster Pizzeria and Remmington’s.

CORNWALL, Ontario – Part of the waterfront bike path in Cornwall was dedicated to the memory of Chuck Charlebois on Friday, May 10, 2019.

The section, now known as the Chuck Charlebois Path, is marked by two memorial arches at either end of the section; one at St. Lawrence College, and one just west of Cornwall Harbour.

The dedication was made in recognition of Charlebois’ commitment to growing and developing Cornwall’s East End, also known as Le Village.

“A lot of the seeds that are growing today, were planted by Chuck Charlebois,” said Todd Lihou, Centretown Coordinator with Heart of the City.

Cornwall Mayor Bernadette Clement said that it was fitting that this particular section of the bike path be used to memorialize Charlebois.

“Our path is the best way to access our waterfront,” she said. “The east part of Cornwall was in his heart at all times. It is appropriate that we name his part of the path in his honour.”

The memorial arches were designed by Pi e r re G i ro u x a n d i n s t a l l e d by Claremont-Rozon.

A memorial plaque will also be installed to help preserve the memory of Chuck Charlebois.

CORNWALL, Ontario – The People’s Party of Canada (PPC) has nominated local PPC CEO Sabile Trimm as the candidate for Stormont, Dundas and South Glengarry in the upcoming federal election.

Trimm ran against Colby Prosser, local PPC association secretary. Voting was held online and in-person, and votes were tallied on Saturday, May 11. Trimm said there was about a 50 per cent voter turnout, with a final tally of 33 votes for Trimm and 13 votes for Prosser.

“I am very pleased, very flattered,” said Trimm.

“I purposely chose not to be working right now so that…I can campaign full-time and treat it like a full-time job. We are a new party, so we need more recognition of our name.”

“Boys aren’t doing as well as girls in school, they’re dropping out at a higher rate; their literacy is lower than girls. At university, two women graduate (per) one guy, and our prisons are 80 per cent populated by males,” said Labelle.

Labelle said that technology might be impacting boys physical activity and healthy lifestyles in our era.

St. Joseph’s School of Nursing celebrates class of 1969 PHARMACY

CORNWALL, Ontario – Alumni of St. Joseph’s School of Nursing gathered at the Cornwall Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, May 8 for their annual general meeting, and to celebrate the last graduating class of the program, the class of 1969.

“During Nurses Week, which is this week, we have an annual alumni luncheon and meeting,” elaborated President Norma Daigle. “All graduates of the Hotel Dieu Hospital here in Cornwall are invited to come and have lunch at the meeting. Each year, we celebrate in particular the class that graduated 50 years ago. This year, it’s the class of 1969 and they were the last class to graduate…so it’s a double whammy kind of year.”

Daigle, who is a part of the ’62 class, said that attendees sit with their graduating class each year.

“The bond with those people is unbelievable. They’re like sisters. And everyone looks

forward to seeing each other again,” said Daigle.

“We started a newsletter…in 2001. The following year, we had over 100 people come (to PHARMACY PHARMACIE the AGM) and it has been that many people ever since,” said alumni Mary Thibeault, who spearheaded the newsletter project.

Thibeault explained that each year, the alumni association donates to one local nursing student and three local healthcare organizations, including Hospice, Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation (CCHF) and St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre (SJCCC). The donations are made possible through alumni contributing an annual membership fee, and any additional contributions.

The need for speed Nick Seebruch

At the end of last week, the Ford government announced a new pilot program testing increased speed limits on select sections of some 400 series highways. This program includes a section of Hwy 417 from the Quebec border to Gloucester which has its speed limit bumped up from 100 to 110.

I think this is a great idea. Other provinces already set the speed limit on their main highways to 110 including New Brunswick and Alberta. Also, I drive on the 417 and 401 frequently and rarely see any driver going less than 120 km/h.

This is something that I think the municipalities of Cornwall and the United Counties of SD&G should look at too. Raising the speed limit.

For example, another roadway where few people respect the posted limit is along Montreal Rd. between Boundary Rd. and Belmont St. Along this stretch of road is L’Heritage high school, Glen-Stor-Dun Lodge the seniors home and the Nav Centre. The posted speed limit is 60 km/h on most of it, and as slow as 50km/h along others.

Especially in the section of this road near the Nav Centre, I often see people going 70, 80 and even 90km/h.

At the other end of this section of road, where Montreal Rd. is Water St., from the Seaway International Bridge to Pitt St., again, I often see people exceed the limit of 50km/h. That section of road is four lanes.

If people are exceeding the posted limit consistently in these areas already, then why not test out higher speed limits? If there is no increase in accidents during that pilot period, then why not raise the limits permanently?

In 2015, the province of Ontario conducted a study of Hwy 401 between Oshawa and Bowmanville and found that 85 percent of drivers were going between 113 and 126 km/h. So a speed increase simply formalizes the behaviour of a majority of drivers.

Like I said though, any speed increase on any roadway should be done with the interest of the whole public in mind. If the majority of the public are already exceeding the limit, and that increased speed has not resulted in any serious accidents, then the speed limit should be raised accordingly.

The City of Cornwall in recent years has raised the speed limit on some municipal roads. These include the roads in the Industrial Park, like Education St., which, among other roads in the area, saw the posted speed limit increased from 65 to 70 in 2013.

It is time that the City of Cornwall and the United Counties review the speed limits on their roads. The municipalities should study how fast the majority of drivers are actually moving and should consider raising the limits on those roads accordingly.

There are only three reasons to drive long distances: to get somewhere or to smell the roses en route. The third reason is the one that teens and men with juvenile-mentality possess: to impress chicks with their wheels.

My youth (and adulthood) modus operandi have been quite unlike the third: I’ve used my canoe to attract and pick up attractive ladies, including Juliet, my current wife.

Back to my driving style. I’ve driven to Florida at least six times. That most recent trip was a unique experience for me. Absolutely no stops, no back-ups or U-turns to take a second look, and no side road explorations for photographing what’s on the other side of the hill. It was Interstates all the way.

For the first time since I obtained my driver’s licence at the age of 16, I did absolutely none of the driving. My roles

As a result, I was free to photograph through the windshield, both hands on the camera. Shutter priority was set to 1/500 to avoid speed blur. All bright objects were removed from the dash to eliminate reflections. If the subject matter was at one o’clock to five o’clock, I lowered the side window to further eliminate glare.The product of the several hundred digital images taken on the to and from trip was a snapshot of American culture, proclaimed by the hundreds of billboards that compete for travellers’ attention. Each state proclaimed what they had to offer to tourists: pecans, peanuts, grits, fireworks, T-shirts...

There’s a morality battle being fought via the billboards that line the Interstates. One faction offers strip clubs, adult toys, exotic dancers and pregnancy ‘control’ services. On the other side, there are proclamations of “Jesus is coming”, “Every pregnancy is a gift” and “Pornography is not a victimless crime”.

Without those billboards, the Interstate drive to Florida would be little more than a tree-lined tunnel.

Const. Cecil Runions was an hour or so into his Jan. 26, 1974 night shift when the dispatcher directed him to an east end address.

A woman had called to say that her estranged husband was threatening to harm their infant child whom he had his house.

Sounded like one of those run-of-the-mill domestic calls. It turned out to be anything but routine.

Runions, arriving alone, knocked on the door of the home. When it opened he found himself looking down the barrel of a loaded rifle held by the agitated estranged husband who warned the officer to leave or he would shoot him.

A mis-spoken word or a wrong move and Runions could have become the first Cornwall police officer killed in the line of duty since Special Const. John Robert Davey was shot and killed on Sept. 6, 1892.

Cool and collected Runions engaged the man in small talk then at the right moment somehow managed to wrestle the weapon away and place him under arrest. A search of the home found the unconscious child in a bathtub filled with water. Runions’ attempt to revive the child was in vain. Evidence showed that the father had drowned the child.

The young father was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. Baby killers are

not popular in federal prisons.

A year later, on May 12, 1975, Runions became the first recipient of the Police Officer of the Year Award presented by the Optimist Club.

It could not have been a more deserving choice.

Retired city police inspector Brendon Wells as a young officer worked with Runions, at one time on the same shift.

Wells, who gave the eulogy at Runions’ funeral in March 2003, called the easy-going, pipe-smoking Runions “a good person, a good officer, a good colleague.” He was the kind of partner that had your back.

“He was a man of integrity,” said Wells. “He was as honest as the day is long. I can’t say enough good things about him.”

Runions retired from the Cornwall force as a much respected, by rank-and-file and peers, inspector.

ALSO THIS WEEK IN 1975 City council got an earful from the pulpit over plans to build a second senior citizens residence in the centre core of the city. Nativity parish priest Rev. Edouard Berube, at a Sunday mass, told his congregation it was time for elected officials to wake up to the needs of east Cornwall and its large francophone population. He urged parishioners to march on city hall. At the Monday night council meeting following the priest’s verbal tongue lashing Ron Bergeron, president of the East Cornwall Business Association, said the decision to build the second seniors residence at First and Augustus streets was another example of city hall overlooking the east end.

CORNWALL, Ontario – The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) told Cornwall City Council that they can expect new commuter lots to be installed on Brookdale Ave. and in St. Andrews West in South Stormont in the Fall of 2019.

The St. Andrews West lot will be located on the west side of Hwy 138 just north of Valade Rd. That lot will have 28 spaces, three barrier free parking spaces, one van space and a bus loop.

The lot in the City of Cornwall will be located at the very north end of Brookdale Ave. The Brookdale Ave. lot will have 65 parking spots, four barrier free parking spaces, two van

spaces and a bus loop.

Both lots will have lighting. The construction and maintenance of the lots will be handled by the MTO. “The rationale is we build these lots and reduce the traffic on the 138 is it not,” asked Cornwall City Councillor Dean Hollingsworth.

“It is one of the goals,” replied Angelo Renon of Stantec, the firm that formulated the report and designs for the MTO. “It was one of the aspects we looked at. We identified spaces where they could be built before development could move in.”

Renon explained that the goal of the commuter lots was to make Hwy 138 safer and to reduce greenhouse gas output from motor

vehicles.

“I think the goal is primarily to reduce the number of cars that have a single person in it and reduce our greenhouse gases,” he said. “The safety aspect is there because it reduces the number of cars on he road, it is not a huge reduction, but the impact is there.”

Councillor Syd Gardiner thanked the Stantec representatives for working to reduce the dangers on Hwy 138.

“I’m going to say thank you, because a few years ago, MTO came to this table and told us that there weren’t enough deaths on the 138 to warrant widening the highway, and these lots will take more cars off the road,” he said.

There were 46 reported accidents on Hwy

138 during 2017.

When asked by Mayor Bernadette Clement, Renon said that most of the feedback they had received from public consultations on the lots had mostly been about safety.

“There were some concerns about noise and lighting,” he said. “There were some misinterpretation of the plans. Typically the lots are quite safe and visible.”

During the late spring and early summer, a Design and Construction report will be presented for a 30-day public review.

Councillors said they hoped to promote the lots and get feedback from the public during the public consultation period.

Jesse Winchester wins Lions Club top sports personality award CORNWALL, Ontario – Local hockey player Jesse Winchester was named the top sports personality of 2019, winning the Jacques Richard trophy at the 55th annual Benson Lions Club Sports Awards dinner on Wednesday, May 8.

“I love this city (Cornwall). It’ s always supported me everywhere I’ve been. I come home because I love it here,” said Winchester.

Winchester, who was recently named top coach of the last two years with the Central Canada Hockey League, played his last NHL season in 2013-14. Winchester has played overseas, for the Cornwall Colts, Ottawa Senators, Florida Panthers and in the NCAA Division. He has led the Brockville Braves to three top finishes over recent seasons.

Other top award winners of the evening included Isha Waheed, who picked up the Joe Assaly Award for top junior athlete alongside a Boxing award, and Braden Levac who scooped up the $1,000 RBC bursary with four additional awards spanning various sports.

Guest speaker of the evening was local twotime Olympian Michael Taylor, who finished 20th and 16th in the men’s k-1 events in lone canoe/ kayak slalom at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics. Taylor has also won five national titles and placed successfully at global events throughout his career. During his speech, he encouraged athletes to strive and persevere towards their goals.

CORNWALL, Ontario – Isha and Sahil Waheed found hard fought success at the Canadian national boxing Super Channel Championships in Langford B.C. which was held from April 23 to the 27.

Isha won gold in the girls division in the 60kg weight class and Sahil won bronze in the male 60kg weight class. Sahil faced the boxer who eventually won gold and came close, but lost in a split judges decision.

Both of the Waheed siblings are students at Champs Eastside Boxing Club owned and operated by Jorge Luis, the main coach for the Waheeds.

Luis explained how the Waheeds trained for nationals four nights a week, and did road trips to go out and get fighting experience.

“We fought them into shape,” said Luis.

Luis explained the strengths of both the Waheeds and things that they still needed to learn.

“Isha is very strong,” he said. “She is very determined and very aggressive in the ring. She hits hard and fast. She needs to learn how to control her emotions and also gain more experience.”

Luis believes that Isha has what it takes to compete at the national level for years to come.

CORNWALL, Ontario – Two local dart players will be representing our city at the National Darts Championship in Saskatoon in June.

Darlene Van Sleeuwen, who has represented Ontario three times prior to this year in 2007, 2014 and 2015 will play in the adult division. Van Sleeuwen, who was the Ontario champion in 2014, has been playing semi-professionally since 2006 after developing an interest for the sport in her late teens.

“I like travelling, meeting people..the competition, the sport of it; it’s just fun,” said Van Sleeuwen.

Joining her in the youth division is up-andcomer Donovan Pilon, who represented the province last year and has played in tournaments as far as Trinidad and England.

Norm McDonald and John Lascelle held a fundraising tournament at the Navy Veterans Club on Saturday, May 11 to help support Van Sleeuwen to nationals. Players agreed that the sport can be costly and are always looking for sponsors.

“We have nine draws just for fun, raising money for Darlene’s trip to Saskatoon. You pay $12 to play…and there are 32 players,” said Lascelle.

I think it’s a great sport and everyone should give it a try,” said Van Sleeuwen.

Une histoire à raconter Par Gilles Davidson Suite du mercredi 24 avril. D’un pas rapide, nous nous sommes dirigés vers la barrière d’entrée nord de la cour d’école. Devant nous se présentait une pente malcommode qui me donnait toujours de la difficulté. Elle était asphaltée, lisse et dangereuse. Pendant l’hiver, les jeunes en profitaient pour glisser sur la fine couche de givre qui la couvrait. C’était un endroit choyé. Au début de la journée, avant la cloche, sur cette descente prononcée et glacée, les enfants courageux dérapaient plus ou moins adroitement en essayant de ne pas perdre l’équilibre. À la sortie des classes, la plupart l’utilisaient pour se rendre rapidement au trottoir de la rue Anthony.

Cependant, ce lundi matin, il n’y avait presque personne qui glissait. J’ai monté la pente sans difficulté. Mes nouvelles bottes mordaient dans sa surface polie. Quelle sensation!

J’ai laissé mes amis en jetant un regard intéressé vers les garçons qui jouaient dans l’eau glacée à l’intérieur de cette partie reculée de la cour d’école. J’ai aussi scruté les environs pour m’assurer qu’il n’y avait pas de surveillant prêt à bondir et ruiner l’aventure que je me préparais à vivre. Avec impatience, je suis allé rejoindre ce groupe de indociles.

Ensemble, nous piétinions dans l’eau pour casser la fine couche de glace sur sa surface. Je m’aventurai au large de cette étendue vitrée,

qui, à mes yeux d’enfant, était un grand lac à explorer. Richard, un de mes amis qui vivait sur la Easton, s’arrêta subitement.

D’un tour de tête rapide, il nous jeta un clin d’oeil complice et nous fit signe d’approcher.

J’ai paralysé sur place lorsque, de sa poche de manteau, il sortit un paquet de cigarettes.

Un paquet de cigarettes! Les yeux de mes copains étaient rivés sur ce paquet bleu pâle de cigarettes Players. Sur le dessus se trouvaient inscrits les mots « NAVY CUT MILD » qui rendaient le tout alléchant. J’ai regardé ce paquet de cigarettes, inquiet de ce qui pourrait s’ensuivre. Il l’ouvrit doucement et le présenta aux copains intéressés à fumer. Certains refusèrent cette offre appétissante, d’autres ne purent résister au plaisir de faire comme les grands. De mon côté, mon père était un gros fumeur et je dédaignais la fumée, l’odeur qui imprégnait la maison et sa mauvaise haleine.

De plus, tous les deux ou trois jours, Maman roulait ses cigarettes qui n’étaient jamais exactement comme il les voulait. J’ai donc refusé l’offre.

Lentement, nous nous sommes dirigés vers le bord de l’étang. Sans m’en rendre compte, cette distraction m’avait fait perdre le fil du temps. Je n’avais pas remarqué que le brouhaha de la cour d’école avait cessé.

Pendant que mon enseignante donnait son cours, je songeais aux événements du matin.

J’étais fier d’avoir tenu le coup. Ensemble, nous avions fait équipe et avions respecté le désir du groupe. Pour le reste de mes années à SainteCroix, j’avais acquis le respect de mes camarades et je faisais partie d’un groupe exclusif composé de ceux qui avaient vécu la « strap ».

Avais-je démontré ma force de caractère?

Mon sens de responsabilité pour mes copains était-il justifié? Ma loyauté et mon courage étaient-ils déplacés? À vous de répondre.

Lors du jeudi 9 mai dernier, l’école Rose des Vents a accueilli les parents, les amis et les membres de la communauté lors de leur foire IB. En avril dernier, les élèves de 6e année avaient présenté leur projet final et c’était maintenant le tour au reste de notre belle école!

Toutes les classes de la 1ère à la 5e année exposaient leur projet final en lien avec les modules internationaux étudiés durant l’année. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. De la peinture aux robots, des recherches écrites à des constructions en 3 dimensions, on pouvait admirer la créativité, le résultat de recherche et le travail d’équipe. Les élèves étaient très fiers de répondre aux questions des visiteurs et des autres élèves. On pouvait en apprendre beaucoup si on prenait le temps de les questionner.

Afin de permettre à tous de visiter, l’école a été séparée en deux groupes et temps de visite. Une moitié de l’école accueille, explique et répond aux questions des élèves et des adultes pendant que l’autre visite et on inverse les rôles par la suite.

Les samedis matins devant la télé à regarder Bugs Bunny avait faussé ma réalité et amplifié mon imagination. La soeur directrice ressemblait à Elmer Fudd! Je me suis maîtrisé. Au lieu de rire aux éclats, je présentai un grand sourire que je ne pouvais pas ravaler. J’étais paralysé! Avec sa voix craquante et coléreuse, elle s’époumona « Qui a fumé? » Elle me regarda directement dans les yeux. Ceci n’aidait pas ma paralysie.

Nous nous sommes regardés les uns les autres en haussant les épaules. De nouveau, d’une voix affamée qui voulait flairer la vérité, elle hurla « Au bureau, vous autres! » D’une raideur extrême, nous nous sommes dirigés vers la porte d’entrée, la soeur directrice à nos trousses. Arrivée au bureau, elle nous ordonna de nous placer en ligne droite le long du mur. Cette position, les sept debout l’un à côté de l’autre m’inquiétait puisque j’étais le plus grand. Chez nous et dans le voisinage, c’était toujours le plus grand qui était le coupable. De plus, mon sourire permanent augmentait mes chances d’être puni. Tour à tour, la soeur directrice, face à face, presque nez à nez, posa cette affreuse question qui reste aujourd’hui gravée dans ma mémoire.« Qui a fumé? » Pendant cet interrogatoire qui aurait pu faire rougir la GRC ou la SCRS, nous avons été unanimes dans nos réponses... le silence accompagné d’un haussement des épaules. Un osa même marmotter faiblement « C’est pas moi! » Cette agente efficace de l’ordre et de la discipline se tourna vers son bureau. Elle sortit de son tiroir le martinet mieux connu comme « la strap ». Nous nous sommes regardés sans dire un mot, espérant que les coupables s’identifieraient. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Solidaires dans notre cause, nous fîmes face à la punition avec courage. D’une voix ferme, elle nous ordonna de présenter nos mains. À ce moment, j’étais heureux de savoir que je ne serais pas le seul à être puni, sachant que j’étais innocent et le plus grand. Trois coups de martinet sur chaque main! Un pincement suivi d’un brûlement en triple! J’aurais bien aimé voir Bugs Bunny sortir d’un trou dans le plancher, saisir le martinet et disparaître dans ce même trou.

Après le supplice, elle nous dit sévèrement « Retournez en classe! » J’y suis retourné

Art Walk

Experience some amazing local art and some great Downtown restaurants and shops at the same time with the Cornwall Art Walk. This monthly event will see artists display their art on easels in windows and on the walls of local businesses for one night each month. The artists will be present to paint or draw during the evening and to talk to people about their art. The event is scheduled for the fourth Friday of each month from May to August – May 24, June 28, July 26 and August 23. It runs from 4 pm to 9 pm in Downtown Cornwall.
