My Mother taught me how to stay calm, not overreact, and apply the Golden rule; these lessons have served me very well, and I have passed them on to my sons. As a team, Will and I have a plan and goal, and we work it together. We have always gotten along well, and working together is a joy because we choose whoever is stronger in each area and focus on that so we can capitalize on our strengths. We both have a strong faith in God and love our big family, and we also like to have fun and reward ourselves for a job well done! I completely trust Will, and that is something money cannot buy.
We both love meeting new people and helping them through the process of buying a home because it is very rewarding. I have tried-and-true ways, but I crave collaboration and am motivated by Will’s ideas, perspective, and fresh approach to business. Will inspires me with his work ethic. He researches issues and learns how to tackle them. He listens and learns from our broker and experienced colleagues and has discovered what to focus on and what to let go of to use his time wisely. If I could, I would go back and do it like he does now!
I am proud to watch Will’s compassionate, responsible approach and to see him grow into an accomplished and excellent business person as well. I respect him; he puts in the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed. The stress of running a business calls for patience and trust, and as we moved into an adult peer relationship, we have made a great team!

No matter what’s going on in life, my mom is always at my side, encouraging me, taking care of me, listening to me, and loving me. She inspires me to take care of my family, when I have one of my own. She paused her college education to homeschool my three older brothers for years and graduated later in life. I want to pass on the wisdom that she and my father gave me.
The most important values my mother has taught me is how to love and rely on the Lord Jesus Christ. She also models how to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Despite my childhood stubbornness, my mom always helped point my path in the direction of loving God and of loving, and understanding, my neighbor. By watching my mom interact with others, I learned how to treat clients and how they operate, as well as how to approach certain situations and speak in a concise manner during large challenges.
We decided to create a team together because two Storbecks are better than one! We are both very social and dynamic, and we engage our friends and sphere of influence to strengthen our business. The best thing about working with my mom is having a two-on-two balance when we have buyer or seller appointments. We bounce ideas off each other easily, and we help each other take care of client needs.
Momma, I’m proud of you for staying strong, working diligently, and being there for our family. It hasn’t been easy losing Dad, but it’s encouraging to see you always keeping a smile and having an uplifting spirit no matter the situation. I’m so grateful to have you, and I’m grateful to work with you and build this business together. I can’t wait to take our new legacy to horizons that haven’t been reached before. I love you, Mom, and I wouldn’t trade you for another momma!
