Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month celebrated COSHOCTON – Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month is here and the Coshocton County Board of DD has a variety of activities planned to honor and celebrate its clients.

“We want the community to be aware of individuals of all ages with disabilities,” said Debbie Croft, who is a physical therapist at Hopewell. “We also want them to be accepted and make it known that they have something to give to all of us.”

This year’s theme is Look Beyond and the public is encouraged to see that people with disabilities have potential, a future, capabilities and the ability to bring joy.

“We always look beyond to maximize the potential of all the individuals we serve in this county to help them reach their goals and dreams,” Croft said.

On March 5, adults attended the DD Awareness Month Kick-off at the State house and on March 6, a community breakfast was held. Ohio State Director of DD John Martin

spoke at the breakfast and community awards, door prizes and tours of facilities were given.

The Coshocton County Commissioners also signed the DD Proclamation and Ridgewood High School Basketball Players read to students at Hopewell School.

This month, Coshocton DD clients also will get to showcase their athletic skills. Special Olympics for adults will be held Tuesday, March 19 and for school age children on Thursday, March 21. Both events will be at Kids America.

There also are two events planned for Wednesday, March 20 at Hopewell School. A presentation on bullying by Casey Claxon will be held during the day and the community dinner will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include celebrity servers, adult artwork, Hopewell students singing at 5:45 p.m. and a presentation by the Boy Scouts Venture Crew.

“We have almost 20 acts signed up so far,” said Angela Richcreek, director of community employment services. “There will be a lot of singing and dancing, people telling jokes or sharing trivia and some funny little skits.”

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the show will start at 6:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.

“It’s a great way to get people in our business and see what we do,” Richcreek said. “People may not get to interact with the individuals, but they will at least get to see them in a different light. We were really pleased last year. We expected 50 people and over 100 showed up and the show went on until about 9 p.m. It was long, but we all had a great time.”

The goal of the month also will be shared with the public on Tuesday, March 12, when Shannon Shontz and Traci Keesee are interviewed at 9 a.m. on the WTNS radio talk show and the last week of March when the WTNS learn-a-word will be done using developmental terminology.

Janusian Club hosts 18th annual Ladies Night Out January of 1964 and is named after the goddess of January, Janus, and the group who helped to organize them, called Pandorian.

When asked about why she enjoys being in the club, Blair said, “I think just being together and socializing together.”

Ladies Night Out will be Thursday, March 21 at the Ridgewood Middle School. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the event begins at 6:30 p.m. Members of the club advise all the ladies to dress in layers as the gymnasium tends to be a little chilly.

WEST LAFAYETTE - For the past 18 years, the women of the Janusian Club in West Lafayette have been providing a night filled with entertainment during their annual Ladies Night Out. This year promises to be another magical night filled with laughs, good food, and fellowship as the Janusian Club presents, “The Many Hats Women Wear” on Thursday, March 21 at the Ridgewood Middle School.

“The Many Hats that Women Wear” is a salute to the many different roles women take on every day of their lives, whether it be cooking for their families, driving their children to soccer practice, cleaning the house, ironing the laundry, and all while having a full-time job.

The evening will include a menu of sandwiches including chicken, meatball, barbequed, and pulled pork, cheese and relish trays, and salads and desserts. Each member of the Janusian Club make two salads and two desserts each year for this special occasion, and each year, the tables are lined with deliciouslooking food so that no one goes home hungry.

The event continues with the club’s infamous style show and then ladies play cards, Bingo, and socialize.

“It’s always nice seeing people you haven’t seen in a year,” said Pat Harsh, president of the Janusian Club.

Also during the evening, the club will have a 50/50 raffle and a silent auction with items donated from local businesses. This year’s coveted raffle prize is a 32-inch flat screen television.

Tickets are now available and can be purchased for $10 at Statements by Shannon or by calling Nancy at 545-7879 or Wendy at 6228915, both Janusian Club members. Order your tickets now as they tend to sell out quickly.

“We love to see the people enjoying themselves during the evening,” said Judy Blair, charter member about the show.

The ticket money is used for the club’s main project, which is giving out smoke detectors to Ridgewood kindergarten students and replacement batteries for the smoke detectors to first grade students. This year, the money will also go toward the club’s new project, which is an electronic activity sign for the Ridgewood School District. The sign will eventually be located at the corner of Union Avenue and Oak Street and will be used by all Ridgewood Schools for posting school activities.

“We can do this in one night and make enough money for the whole year,” said Harsh.

The Janusian Club is a civic club that meets the third Tuesday September through May in various member’s homes. They currently have 21 members and are always looking for new members. Their main focus is the West Lafayette area, although they have branched out and helped various causes in Coshocton and other areas as well. The group was organized in

COSHOCTON - The Flood of 1913 is the topic for February’s Our Town Stories discussion at the Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum.

Although there won’t be any firsthand reports of this remarkable event, come and share family stories, oral histories or written accounts.

The Flood of 1913 is the greatest natural disaster in Ohio history. The first storm began on Friday, March 21. By Sunday (Easter Day), two days later, the land was saturated, causing continuing rainfall to become run off, flowing into streams and rivers. Flood waters crested on Thursday, March 27. Rainfall over the state totaled 6-11 inches. The devastation to buildings, infrastructure (roads and train tracks), farmland, personal property and all manner of life was staggering.

Our Town Stories will take place in the Montgomery Gallery where a photographic display of the flooding in Coshocton County will on display.

The discussion begins at noon Thursday, March 14, and all are welcome to attend. JHM’s Our Town Stories meets on the second Thursday of each month to discuss an array of local history topics. The atmosphere is casual and the discussion is always informative, fun and surprising. Free beverages and cookies will be provided, and admission for the program is free.

COSHOCTON – The Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce is adding a new twist to its annual auction.

“The auction used to be live and I think people missed that aspect of it so we thought we’d add some excitement with this event,” said Amy Stockdale, executive director of the Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to bidding on items online, the public also is invited to attend A Night at the Manor hosted by The Frederickson Manor on Cambridge Road.

The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, March 16, and will feature live and silent auctions, hors d’oeuvres, wine and music by Jason Pendola.

Tickets are $25 a piece and available at the Chamber office, which is located at 401 Main St. “It also will feature theme baskets that will be auctioned off,” Stockdale said. “I know COTC is sponsoring a wine package and we will have a ladies basket with Vera Bradley and different things.”

Leading up to the auction there will be plenty of opportunities to bid for items online. The Coshocton County Chamber Online Auction will be open from 9 a.m. Saturday, March 9 to noon Saturday, March 16. A link to the auction boards can be found at www.coshoctonchamber.com.

“We’ve always done the online auction for at least a week,” Stockdale said. “It builds excitement and competitiveness.”

Peddicord Rice is providing the online auction for the Chamber and bidders will receive e-mails if they are outbid and if they win an item.

“The community is so generous,” Stockdale said. “You will find all kinds of gift certificates, really cool Ohio State items and back by popular demand a La-Z-Boy. We have a lot of people that also go out and purchase something for the auction. An attorney might not have something to give, but he can purchase something locally and donate it.”

Winners of the auction items can be picked up from noon to 2 p.m. March 16 or the following week at the Chamber.

“The auction typically makes $10-15,000 and that’s marketing money for us to help promote the chamber members’ services,” Stockdale said.

like Warsaw and connect with people,” said Jim Barstow, veterans’ service officer. “He wants to get new patients in the VA health system and let them know what’s available and where it is at.”

Barstow stated that there are 3,200 veterans in Coshocton County and only one third of them are receiving VA healthcare.

“There is a large amount of veterans locally who are not connected to benefits,” he said.

The VA will bring its mobile unit to Warsaw and the 758th Maintenance Army Reserve unit also will be there to do river bank and cemetery clean up, painting and other projects picked out by village officials.

“From our mobile unit we will be able to do five minute interviews and give those who have never been enrolled in the system the chance to get involved,” Selig said. “Our intent is to keep veterans healthy.”

Barstow hopes that veterans in the county will take advantage of this opportunity.

“A lot of times we hear veterans say they don’t want to take away from veterans who need help worse,” he said. “We are here to help all veterans in one way or another.”

While the VA is working to educate the public, the soldiers of the 758th and their family members, who are also invited to be part of the community service day, will spend seven hours doing what they can to beautify Warsaw.

COSHOCTON – The goals of Operation Give Back are to make the Warsaw community a little brighter and help make more veterans aware of health service available to them.

COSHOCTON - Lake Park Pavilion was filled with local hunting and outdoor enthusiasts Saturday evening, March 2 for the 24th annual Hunting Heritage banquet sponsored by the Muskingum Valley Chapter of the NWTF (National Wild Turkey Federation). For a bird that was once almost extinct, members of the NWTF have provided the funding and resources with similar events across the nation to secure habitat for the wild turkey.

Following the invocation and pledge of allegiance, attendees enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Schumaker Farms. Prior to the meal area veterans were recognized in a moving tribute as guests gave them a standing ovation.

The evening was filled with live raffles, opportunities to take home some great prizes and enjoy conversation with those that enjoy the great outdoors and the freedoms of America.

Local donors provided monies for the live auction that included a framed print by Thomas Kinkade, glass calls and a Mullen call for the Willard Dickerson Memorial. Dickerson was a member of the committee and passed away last year. Mary Dickerson was recognized in an emotional tribute at the banquet.

Shawn Dickey, NWTF district field supervisor, had this to say about the local event, “We call this a buzz night, it’s so electric. There are so many people that get involved and have a great time. 24 years we’ve been doing this in one of the best annual banquets we have in the

Joseph Crater of Coshocton started painting as a hobby in grade school, never imagining that one day, one of his paintings would inspire Mrs. Mamie Eisenhower to write him a personal letter. Crater had tuberculosis and was currently hospitalized at Ohio State University. He used his long hours to pursue his hobby and sent one of his paintings as a gift to Mrs. Eisenhower. The painting, a conception of peace, featured a Red Cross ship nearing land, an eagle flying out of a storm, and the hand of God coming out of the clouds. This painting was just one of 20 Joseph had created while staying at the hospital.

Going to the bank doesn’t have to be routine. The first National Bank on Chestnut Street celebrated the 100th anniversary of the National Currency Act by making a transaction through the use of a helicopter. At 9:30 a.m., the helicopter, flown by John Dodge of Columbus, arrived in the drive-in lot with passenger Owen Manning, manager of the Tuscarawas-Coshocton Electric Cooperative, to make his daily transaction. According to O.E. Anderson, executive manager of the Ohio Banking Association, the transaction was the first made in Ohio via helicopter, and probably the first in the nation.

COSHOCTON - When Lisa Glazer bought tickets for the Riverside Towers fundraiser, she never imagined she’d have the winning ticket.

“When I bought these tickets, I never thought that I would win,” she said. “I thought I was just donating to a good cause.”

But to Glazer’s surprise, she had won a 90-second shopping spree in Buehler’s Feb. 28 at 7 a.m. There were terms and conditions to her prize. She could only buy two of one item, no medications, alcohol, tobacco, hardware items, lottery tickets, or gift cards.

March 11th, 1973 The proposed South Lawn Park was getting support from both residents and former residents alike. Mayor S.G. Wharton had announced that the Coshocton Rotary Club had presented the mayor with a check for $2,000 to use for the future park’s playground equipment just the week before, and now, former resident Eleanor W. Custer had sent another check for the same amount. The park, to be located on South 6th St, was to be developed on city-owned grounds in Tuscarawas Township and measured 276x400 feet. It was to feature a baseball diamond, tennis court, and playground equipment.

Glazer came with plenty of emotional support.

Her aunt, Connie Allen, came to cheer on her niece, as well as Carol Madison, who sold her the winning ticket, and Dan Relic, secretary of Riverside Towers When her 90 seconds started, Glazer took off toward the meat section, getting two each of three different types of meat, shot over to grab two tubs of laundry detergent, and finished her time with two large bags of dog food.

“I got everything that I wanted,” Glazer said as she loaded up the conveyer belt with her goods.

Riverside Towers raised more than $700 for its fundraiser. Glazer spent a total of $367.66 for her groceries, which leaves more than $300 for Riverside Towers.

The next fundraiser for Riverside Towers is a breakfast on Saturday, March 16 from 8 a.m.

– 2 p.m. in the Community Room at the facility.

A donation of $6 for adults and $3 for children is asked. Breakfast will include pancakes, eggs, sausage or ham, breakfast muffins, coffee, juice, and milk.

Although 70 years had passed, Ada Rodehaver, 95 years old, still had vivid memories of the 1913 flood. Then 25 years old, she had been rescued from his house by the Marshall brothers. She remembers escaping her flooding house onto the porch and stepping into the Marshall brothers’ boat with her husband’s clothes clutched under her arms. She was then taken to her father’s home and drug store. She remembers returning to her home after the flood to find her animals safe in the barn.

The flood was so traumatic for her, she chose to finish her days in the West Lafayette Care Center rather than Coshocton to get away from the river.

COSHOCTON - Who says a quarter won’t get you much these days? First Step received $2,196 from the Feb. 10, quarter auction hosted by Donna Fischer’s Farmers Agency and Mary Kay. It was a very busy day with amazing vendors like Avon, Premier Jewelry and Tastefully Simple.

With more than 200 people in attendance, not only was an amazing amount of funding raised, but also a great deal of awareness. Several of the bidding participants have asked about how they can continue to support such a great organization in our community. One extreme couponer even asked for contact info to help without breaking her budget.

This is the third year that Fischer has stepped up for First Step. With her assistance in yearly fundraising efforts, First Step is eligible for grants up to $20,000 every other year through Mary Kay. This funding has really helped provide assistance to our area agency.

Wondering what the heck a quarter auction is? It’s an event where vendors like Pampered Chef, Hooked on Hats, Lia Sophia, Usborne books, etc pay $50 to set up a table (like a craft show). They then get 10 tickets to sell for $5 each (thus paying $0 and filling our audience with willing bidders). Each vendor will select three items to auction (proceeds benefiting themselves) and one item benefiting the charity.

Bidding goes as follows. Items valued up to $20 = one quarter, $40 = two, $60 = three. Say a sock monkey hat is auctioned. Its value is $15 so it

COSHOCTON – At their Feb. 27 meeting, the Coshocton County Commissioners discussed details of the Moving Ohio Forward Grant.

“I received a call from John (Cleek, CDC of Ohio) who wants us to select half of the properties to start title searches on,” said Robin Schonauer, budget director. “We have 21 houses total with 10 being in the county and 11 in the city.”

Commissioner Curtis Lee said the purpose of the Moving Ohio Forward Grant is to remove blighted and dilapidated houses.

Funds for the grant came from a class action lawsuit with five of the largest mortgage providers over foreclosure issues. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is distributing the money and allocated $75 million for Ohio’s 88 counties to use to demolish abandoned homes.

“We held a public hearing with the townships, villages and City of Coshocton officials to explain the grant, what would qualify under it and to give them the opportunity to suggest houses,” Lee said.

Coshocton was awarded $197,534 to use on the houses that were selected. More houses will only be added to the list if that money is not all used on the original 21 homes or the Commissioners find out the grant program has money left over that they can reapply for.

However, before these homes are torn down, a title search, which will be done by Owen’s & Manning, must be done on each of them.

“We can’t tear down a building that belongs to someone else,” Lee said. “A lot of times banks will still have a lien on the property.”

Schonauer said bidding on the actual destruction of these properties will probably not begin until May or June.

In other news, the Commissioners: • Requested a motion granting permission to the Veterans Service Commission to attend meetings conferences and seminars for the 2013 calendar year.

• Requested a motion granting permission to move Brittany Gnizak from part-time intermittent to full-time employment at the Coshocton County Emergency Medical Service effective Friday, March 1, as requested by Bernie Minet, EMS Director.

Christian school starting preschool, enrolling for 2013-14 COSHOCTON – Parents of preschoolers will have one more choice this fall.

The Coshocton Christian School will feature a preschool in addition to its kindergarten through 12th grade classes for the 2013-2014 school year.

“We are already set up for it because the church used to have one,” said Principal Joseph Hedstrom. “We wanted to incorporate it back into our system and possibly help feed our school.”

The school has two rooms off its gym that are being prepared for the next school year.

“This is an exciting thing for our school,” said Brenda Kline, preschool teacher and director. “Here we can talk to them (students) about Jesus and tell them that God is good while working on their pre-academics, sharing and taking turns.”

According to Kline, the preschool will be for 4 and 5-year-olds and students will attend from 8:15 to 11:15 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays

“We have 13 different churches represented in the high school alone,” Hedstrom said.

There are currently 55 students enrolled at the Coshocton Christian School, which is a nonchartered public school.

“Our students have to take the OGT just like they do at public schools, they follow the same track they do there and we also have post secondary and sports,” Hestrom said.

Enrollment is currently going on for kindergarten through 12th grade classes and an open house for these grade levels will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11.

“School will be in session and you can sit through some classes,” Hedstrom said.

Tuition for kindergarten through sixth grade students is roughly $227 a month and $242 for seventh through 12 graders.

“Within a day of announcing our plans we had a very good response just from social media and word of mouth,” Hedstrom said.

One person helping to spread the word is Angie Eberhard.

“I just wanted a Christian preschool and a way to introduce our school to people,” she said.

“We are K-12 and the preschool could help us grow. I have children currently enrolled and we are very happy here.”

An open house will be held for the preschool from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 9.

“It will be chance for parents to get to know me and become comfortable with me and their child’s surroundings,” Kline said.

NEWCOMERSTOWN - Coy Johns, a senior lineman at Newcomerstown High School, signed a letter of intent to play with the Malone University Pioneers this upcoming fall. He is the son of Jon and Tammy Johns of Newcomerstown.

Malone will be entering its second year of Division II NCAA and second year of competing in the GLIAC. Malone has been recognized by the prestigious Templeton Foundation as a leader in character development and for the past eight years Malone has been ranked among the top colleges and universities in the Midwest by US News and World Report. The Pioneers play at Fawcett Stadium home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The Malone University football staff hit the recruiting trail hard in 2012 after experiencing new challenges presented during their first season of GLIAC competition last fall. The program is excited to announce 23 new additions for the 2013 season. The class is well balanced with 12 players on the offensive side of the ball and 11 players on the defensive side of the ball.

Head coach Eric Hehman and his hardworking staff showed an ability to recruit the best players in the state of Ohio while also branching out to states all over the country. Eleven of the 23 recruits were bred in Ohio’s backyard but the class consists of players from nine different states. The Pioneers focused their efforts on the offensive and defensive lines in an attempt to toughen up their interior on both sides of the ball. This new added toughness should serve them well in the physical GLIAC. Hehman was all smiles after wrapping up the hectic festivities of signing day.

Gibbs sees benefits in Keystone XL Pipeline Warsaw Alumni CONTRIBUTED TO THE BEACON Scholarships available the Keystone XL Pipeline will strengthen our energy partnership internationally and allow us to have a positive impact on global energy demands. The Keystone XL pipeline would deliver an additional 830,000 barrels of oil per day to the U.S. from Canada, our largest source of oil.

Despite the tremendous benefits from the project, the President has politicized the issue by intentionally delaying the issuance of the permit in fear that his decision will upset his political allies. The permit application was received by the State Department in 2008, providing the President with nearly four years to make a decision. Further, the project has been studied extensively for the past four years, and it has been determined to be both environmentally sound and the safest way to transport oil. For example, the proposal has been rerouted to protect areas in Nebraska that were determined to include environmentally sensitive aquifers.

What is the hold up?

Now is not the time to stall a fully-vetted project for the purpose of avoiding political backlash. I have voted to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline permit and will continue to support the project, which will create jobs and lower gas prices without harming the environment.

WARSAW – The Warsaw Alumni Association is offering scholarships to River View seniors who attended Warsaw Elementary School.

These scholarships include two $1,000 awards from the Warsaw Alumni Association, the Clodaugh Brenneman Cline Scholarship of $1,000, the Davis Educational Grant of $1,000 and the Alton and Mozell Kirch Agricultural Scholarship for $500. In addition, the W.H.S. Honor Class of 1962 is sponsoring another $1,100 award. In the past, several families of the community have also donated for additional awards. These awards are made available through donations by graduates, teachers and friends of Warsaw High School and our community.

WASHINGTON D.C. - The economic, energy, and national security benefits associated with building the Keystone XL Pipeline are clear.

Construction of the pipeline would produce thousands of jobs, and gas prices, which are currently hovering at $3.78 per gallon in Ohio, would begin to decline. What is keeping the President from approving this critical project?

With unemployment in this country at approximately 8%, the economic benefit of building the pipeline and infusing jobs into our struggling economy is crucial. Construction of the pipeline would generate 20,000 shovel-ready jobs, and according to the Canadian Energy Research Institute, pipeline operations would create 179,000 American jobs by the year 2035.

The U.S. currently relies on imports for 45% of our oil demand. Since oil is a global commodity and subject to the forces of supply and demand, the increased supply from the Keystone Pipeline will undoubtedly have an effect on domestic gasoline prices. Responsible development of our domestic natural resources like the Utica Shale – as well as increased supply from our Canadian friends – will help our nation achieve energy independence and lessen our dependence on foreign sources of oil that hold us hostage in some instances and are hostile toward the United States.

Approximately two-thirds of the price of gasoline is determined by the global market price of crude oil, according to the Energy Information Administration. Construction of

begins its next 100 years of serving girls. The anniversary year has been marked by Girl Scout centennial celebrations across the country, from Savannah, Georgia, where the organization was founded in 1912, to Ohio, and beyond.

The bills authorizing the United States Mint to mint and issue up to 350,000 of the silver dollar coins passed in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate in October 2009. President Obama signed the legislation on October 29, 2009.

The obverse, or heads, side of the coin includes portraits of three girls of different ages and backgrounds meant to represent the diversity of Girl Scouts. It was designed by the United States Mint’s Artistic Infusion Program (AIP) Master Designer Barbara Fox. The inscription includes the words COURAGE, CONFIDENCE, CHARACTER, which reflect Girl Scouts’ mission to “build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.” The design also includes the Girl Scouts’ 100th-anniversary logo.

OHIO - The 2013 Girl Scouts of the USA Centennial Silver Dollar is now on sale to the public.

The commemorative coin honoring 100 years of Girl Scouting was designed and produced by the United States Mint as one of two commemorative programs this year. It will feature three Girl Scouts on the obverse (heads) side and the iconic organization’s trefoil logo on the reverse (tails) side.

ZANESVILLE - The Mid-East Adult Center for Education, in partnership with American Electric Power, is offering Class D Power Lineman training. This is a 900 hour course designed to prepare students for the lineman profession.

Students will be expected to, climb poles, operate Bucket and Digger Derricks, set poles, string primary and secondary wire as well as service drops, hang cross arms, perform hurt man rescue from the pole and bucket truck, perform the functions of a ground worker and attain a CDL Class A license.

Students will have the opportunity to showcase their skills to potential employers during a skills demonstration week.

COSHOCTON - Sam Bennett is working on a monument to honor all coal miners and pay respect to those who died in mining accidents in Coshocton County over the past 160 years.

Each month, The Beacon will honor the minors who died. The list of those who died during the month of March includes: • Tom Fitzpatrick – March 19, 1897 • George Anson – March 11, 1913 • William Dunfee – March 14, 1918 A total of $60,000 will be needed for the project, which includes the marble monument, a bronze statue of a coal miner, landscaping around both and brick paths to the area. The total project will cost $57,300 and the remaining funds will be used to maintain the area.

Bennett has setup an account for the monument and is selling bricks as a fundraiser.

Forms for the bricks can be picked up at Ohio Heritage Bank and anyone wishing to make a donation can also do that at the bank. Ladies Night Out. Tickets for the Janusian Club’s Annual “Ladies Night Out” are on sale now. It will be Thursday, March 21 in the Ridgewood Middle School Gymnasium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and serving begins at 6:30 p.m. There will be hot sandwiches and a salad and dessert buffet. For your entertainment, there will be a “Club” style show, 50/50 drawing, silent auction, door prizes and bingo.

Main St. Tests offered include A1C test for $20, regular profile for $30, TSH for $18, PSA for $20, and colorectal for $4. A 12-hour fast is required. Riverside Towers (Highrise) is having a Pancake Breakfast fundraiser for their Senior Residents Association on Saturday, March 16 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Community Room at 85 Pine St., Coshocton.
