Oscar Rose Steak and Seafood House is officially open for business after Mayor Steve Mercer and John Larson cut the ribbon on March 13. Oscar Rose will have its grand opening on Easter Sunday, March 31, with Rosie’s Easter Grand Buffet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will continue to be open each Sunday during that time and feature a buffet. Normal operating hours will be Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Oscar Rose will still continue to specialize in steak and seafood.
