BIG brother

'BIG BROTHER' IS BACK! The UK’s most talked about house is back for the Eleventh and final series (boohoo!!) during the last 10 years 165 housemates have walked through the Big Brother doors to entertain us with their outrageous antics and we are sure BB11 will be no different. Let’s take a look at changes that have been made to the Big Brother house this summer and the last set of housemates to stay in its confines. Inside the BB House The Big Brother house has become as recognisable a character as any of the many housemates that have walked through its illustrious doors over the past 10 series’. Each year its decor and styling has set the tone to how that series will play out. As we say goodbye to the iconic programme this summer, Big Brother bosses have gone to huge lengths to create a house that is fitting for this momentous occasion.

Meet • Eat • Drink • Be Entertained

The decor of the new house resembles a fairytale gone bad, with an explosion of bright colours and random motifs. It is said to be an eclectic mix of circus and carnival, combined with the hidden and mysterious. The entrance hall has had a bit of a makeover for the new series. While the Diary Room remains where it was, there is now only one split-level staircase to the left. It is connected to the house by a glass wall, which means housemates will be able to see evictees leave the house. Boundaries to all of the rooms are blurred, as glass walls and sculptures have been used to divide the house in to set areas. There is nowhere to hide! In the bedroom the circus theme takes over with pictures of clowns, horses and strongmen covering the walls and furniture. The kitchen and dining area has a distinct Asiatic feel, with Japanese patterns covering the walls of the dining area.

The bathroom features a tiled bath, a glass open shower and impressive mood lighting but it’s worth looking closely at that floral wallpaper, it conceals pictures of ex-housemates, Davina and even Paparazzi discreetly embedded in it. Who will be the first to notice an extra pair of eyes watching them? The first thing you notice in the garden is the Carousel like canopy that covers the smoker’s area and the wicker snug - somewhere for the housemates to get ‘cosy’ The garden also features a huge stone clad hot tub and an outdoor shower!

The iconic Diary room is styled with a mock wood paint effect complete with gigantic eyeball - as if they don’t have enough people staring at them? Also the nomination format is set to change slightly, adopting one of the features of BB USA, the housemates up for eviction with have a chance to save themselves by completing a challenge set by Big Brother. The winner will be exempt from eviction. And another twist is that the winner of each challenge chooses somebody to take their place as eviction nominee!

Painted green foliage climbs up the walls to a cloudy sky as the odd circus animal is dotted around in this scene that resembles the gardens of Babylon. Look out for the bear, horses and of course... the chickens!

www.costadirectory.com MEET THE HOUSEMATES Josie. Meet Josie the 25 years old financial rep from Bristol. She’s a horsey girl who left home at the age of 14 to live on her Aunt’s farm. She’s single and MC’s at house parties at the weekend. Ever the naughty school girl she managed to get herself expelled from not one, but two schools, flashed her bum to a monk and broke her arm doing a combat roll. Steve. 40 year old ex-serviceman Steve lives with his wife in Leicester and has eight children. While on patrol in Belfast at the age of 20 he lost both legs and an eye because of a bomb. He now wears a black glass eye and his children love their daddy looking like a pirate. Despite his disability Steve is a transatlantic yacht racer and recently took part in the Royal Ocean Yacht Race. Ben. Writer and broadcaster Ben is 30 and from London. Also a self professed liar, he claims that he is only 27 (don’t ask me I don’t get it either) he once told friends and family he was going to Egypt to work on a book but really he was on a freebie holiday with a Professor. He is a very keen Tory boy and obsessed with the Middle East and wishes he was an Arab.

Meet • Eat • Drink • Be Entertained

Rachael. Egoistic hair stylist Rachael from Nottingham is a Beyonce lookalike. The 23 year old confesses to looking in the mirror up to 100 times a day and her worse nightmare would be if Big Brother took all the mirrors away. She believes that boys should wear jeans and girls should wear skirts. She thinks the BB audience will boo her and she is not expecting to be adored. Nathan. Yorkshires answer to Liam Gallagher, Nathan is a trainee joiner and lives with his grandparents in Bingley. He attended private school until the age of 11 when he but deliberately failed his exams so he could attend the local comprehensive with his friend. Always the class clown and the life and sole of the party, his celebrity crush is Charity Dingle from Emmerdale and he once gave Channelle Hayes his phone number but was snubbed. Dave. Christen Minister Dave, went off the rails as a teen with drink and drugs but has now put all that behind him choosing to get drunk on ‘Godka’ instead. The ex-postman and ex-pest controller is 39 and lives in Pontypool, Wales with his wife, his four kids, three dogs, six chickens and lots of rabbits.

Caoimhe. This fiery 23 year old student and part time DJ from Dublin believes that it is human nature to be selfish and bitchy and admits to being a bit of a diva ‘but only in a tasteful, sophisticated and elegant way’. She still lives at home with her parents and thinks that cooking and cleaning are beneath her but is desperate to move out. She is in a relationship at the moment but says ‘it is going nowhere’ and also thinks she could fancy a girl if the right one came along. Govan. This unemployed 21 year old from Leicester told Big Brother producers that he was Bi-sexual to get on the show. This was later revealed as a lie to make himself sound more interesting. He is single and has never been in love. Shabby. Former child actor and now squatter Shabby wants to convert people’s ideas of squatters. The 24 year old filmmaker also admits to eating food discarded from supermarkets. As a child she starred in Black Beauty and lost out to Lindsey Lohan for the lead role in The Parent Trap. Ife. An insomniac who regularly survives on a couple of hours sleep, 25 year old Ife from Milton Keynes is a backing dancer and has appeared as one of Cheryl Cole’s dancers. She dreams of singing stardom and is an avid Christian and prays every day in her own way and also believes in the power of positive thinking - ‘you get out of life what you put into it’. She is engaged to her boyfriend of six years and lives with him and her adoptive parents.

John James. Opinionated 24 years old John still lives with his Mum in a Granny flat his father built for him before he died in an accident at work. Since then he hasn’t worked after coming in to some money. When he was 20 he changed his name to Achilles (Chilles to his friends) briefly before changing it back. He is single because he thinks girls are too much work, he also likes to think he looks like David Beckham.... Sunshine. Yvette Martin, also known as Sunshine is a 24 year old medical student from Peterborough. Another Tory party member she says she would love to become Prime Minister one day but admits to not knowing much about politics. She claims to have had three near death experiences, being robbed at knifepoint in Tunisia, overdosing on anti-malaria drugs in India and being bitten by a poisonous spider in Australia. Corin. The 29 year old retailer from Stockport often gets mistaken for Glamour girl Jordan due to her fake tan, hair extensions and sizable bust. Sadly she became a widower in 2005 just four months after she married her husband due to a tragic accident at work. Corin is bi-sexual and has been with her girlfriend for two years. Mario. 28 year old Essex boy Mario is half Italian and was born near Venice. He is amazed by anything paranormal and the potential power of the mind and has a phobia of illness and death meaning he always exercises to keep himself in shape and is constantly applying sunblock to protect his skin. He is the only member of the house to have been picked at random.

www.costadirectory.com Where are they now? Ever wondered what the ten past winners are up to now? Well we know!

BB6 Anthony Hutton 26 year old Anthony still lives in his native Newcastle and is now a qualified hairstylist.

And the Big Brother 11 winner? Watch this space....

DAVINA McCALL INTERVIEW When Big Brother first burst onto our screens in 2000, a young, enthusiastic presenter called Davina McCall was at the helm. Ten years on and with the show approaching its curtain call, she’s still at the helm, still looks youthful, and is, if anything, more enthusiastic than ever. The Big Brother story has also been the Davina McCall story, the two inextricably linked from first to last. If life without Big Brother will seem strange, Big Brother without Davina would have been unthinkable. At what point did you realise that what you were dealing with was really going to become a massive phenomenon? I think pretty quickly. The buzz around the first few days got bigger and bigger and bigger. People loved the fact that this big press thing was brewing and the housemates were totally oblivious to it. Big Brother has changed the face of television, but how has the show itself changed over the years? I suppose it’s changed in a lot of different ways. One of the things I think is really clever is that Big Brother reserves the right to change the rules at any time, so Big Brother is forever morphing, even during a series. The right to change the rules means we can do anything we want. Do you ever get nervous before eviction nights? Always. I always get nervous, because it’s live, and things go wrong. Or the dress run might have gone on too long and we might not have much time and we’ve only got 45 minutes to do hair and make up and get dressed and go live. Looking back over a decade of Big Brother, is there anything you’d do differently?

There’s one thing that I said to Katia at the end of her interview that I feel a bit bad about. She said “You wanted to go in and change people’s perception of you. Do you think you’ve done that?” And she said “Oh, I don’t care,” or whatever, and I got annoyed, and I went “Well, you didn’t.” And that was mean. It was my own personal feelings, and she’s not a bad girl. How has Big Brother changed your life? Oh God. Big Brother has been the biggest godsend for me and my career. It’s made me, in my work. Are you going to make the last Big Brother go out with a bang? Of course I am! It’s going to be massive. Massive, naughty, bad, great, good, evil, happy, fun, outrageous. ‘FEEL AND LOOK GOOD THIS SUMMER’ Things are heating up! Summer is here. If you're anything like me, you're happy to see the mercury rising. The warm weather creates so many wonderful outdoor opportunities!Of course, summer brings challenges, too. The heat can really drag you down if you're not running at peak efficiency. That's why I wanted to share some great offers and wonderful ideas to help you beat the heat and to have your ultimate summer!

Don’t let the heat beat your feet

Hot surfaces, sandals and a more active lifestyle can leave you with tired and even damaged feet during the summer months. Luckily, you don't need to let the heat beat your feet. Here are a few tricks that will keep your feet in great shape all summer long. If your feet are a little tired or sore after a long, hot day, try this recipe:

LAVENDER/PEPPERMINT SOAK 2 drops of lavender essential oil, 2 drops of peppermint essential oil, 2 drops of chamomile essential oil, 1/4 cup of Epsom salts, Warm water Dissolve all ingredients into a large bowl of warm water. A ten-minute soak in this mixture will revitalize your feet!

FIGHTING CELLULITE WITH ESSENTIAL OILS We love essential oils because of the way they promote great overall health. It'd be a lie to say that we didn't like the way they can make us look, too. Cellulite is a significant issue for many of us. It can afflict anyone and has very little to do with our current diets or fat levels. There are two ways to fight cellulite. One is to improve overall liver function. The second technique to eliminate cellulite involves massage. Not only does massage help break down the stubborn collections of fat, it also serves as a means of delivering natural compounds. CEL-LITE - Magic massage oil combines carefully chosen vegetable oils with skin-aiding Vitamin E and a proprietary blend of 100% pure essential oils to nourish and tone your skin. You can use it wherever you want to experience firmer, better toned skin. USING CEL-LITE MAGIC TO HANDLE CELLULITE Here is a great rub that will leave you feeling relaxed and beautiful--and that will help fight that nasty cellulite. 10 drops grapefruit essential oil, 5 drops lavender essential oil, 3 drops helichrysum essential oil, 3 drops patchouli essential oil 4 drops cypress essential oil, Cel-lite Magic massage oil Dilute 50-50, massage 3-6 drops vigorously on cellulite locations at least 3 times daily, especially before exercising. To place an order then call me direct on 952929860 or 695845416. We also have these treatments available in selected Salons call now for an appointment.

Want Beach-Ready Abs This Summer?

Summer is here and everyone wants to get

that sexy beach body. This includes having that great looking flat stomach. A lot of people think that to achieve a great stomach they have to do thousands upon thousands of sit ups. The truth is that is only part of the equation. Having great looking abs does take time, training hard, cardio and, of course, eating clean meals. Great abs, therefore, start in the kitchen. It is important to try and cut out fried foods, sugars, refined and processed foods, alcohol, and even dairy (dairy is high in fat). That means eating more natural foods such as, vegetables, fruits, protein (such as lean meats), lentil’s, brown rice, whole grain breads, nuts and drinking lots of water. Following are six strategies from the country’s leading weight-loss, nutrition and stress experts, all designed to get you flat abs in just four weeks, plus two delicious, lowfat recipes that will fill you up without making you look or feel bloated.

46 Meet • Eat • Drink • Be Entertained

Tip 1. Eat more fiber. Not eating enough fiber may be a major reason women are getting fatter and flabbier. To ditch the fat and show off firm, beautiful abs, you need to eat at least 25 grams of fiber daily, says leading fiber researcher David J.A. Jenkins, M.D., Ph.D., D.Sc., professor of nutrition at the University of Toronto, and a member of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) Food and Nutrition Board. Fiber, which is the indigestible part of fruits, vegetables and whole-grain foods, helps you achieve flat abs.

Tip 2. Opt for a sensible amount of high-quality carbs. For flatter abs, make carbs 45-65 percent (202-292 grams based on an 1,800-calorie diet) of your total daily calories. Balance is the key here, so don’t go below 45 percent (202 grams), or above 65 percent (292 grams), which can lead to water retention, bloating and temporary weight gain that shows up in your middle. * Fill up on fruits and vegetables. These are the least bloat-promoting foods because they contain plenty of water and fewer carbs and calories for their volume. * Avoid high-carb/empty-calorie foods like fast food, snack cakes, cookies and candy. These foods are high in simple carbs and sodium, which cause bloating and weight gain, and are low in fiber and nutrients. Tip 3. Drink up! Many people believe that drinking too much water will give them puffy abs, but just the opposite is true. ‘Even though we associate water with being bloated, drinking more water can help to flush sodium out of the body, and that reduces the bloat,” said Jeff Hampl, Ph.D., R.D., nutrition researcher and assistant professor at Arizona State University. Tip 4. Watch the sodium. Sodium may have a bad rep, but it’s essential for regulating body fluids and blood pressure as well as for nerve transmission, muscle function and absorption of important nutrients. But even a small amount of excess sodium causes bloating.

Tip 5. Eat light at night. It never fails: You have a heavier-than-normal evening meal or snack, and When you weigh yourself the next morning, you’re up by several pounds. But as depressing as it may seem at the moment, such a quick gain is always water weight; you simply cannot gain that much fat overnight. Evening eating is often the most problematic for women, as it can be related more to emotional issues than to real hunger. You’re tired, lonely, bored, anxious; you want to relax or reward yourself after a tough day. But indulge too many nights in a row and that temporary water gain becomes permanent fat gain -- and fatter abs. Tip 6. Reduce stress. Research shows that stress triggers the hormone cortisol to turn up your appetite and deposit fat around the organs in your abdomen. Pamela Peeke, M.D., M.P.H., author of Fight Fat After Forty (Penguin, 2000) calls this “toxic weight,” because it’s associated with heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Another key to looking lean and showing stomach muscles is cardio, cardio, cardio! We suggest mixing up your routine and doing intervals instead of slow steady cardio. This way your body is burning more calories to the change in pace. So you can achieve more results in a shorter period of time. (LESS BORING TOO). So that means whatever type of cardio you choose pick time intervals to go hard then ease off, then hard again for at least 20-60 minutes. You will see a leaner stomach faster this way.

FLAT ABS SUMMER MORNING RECIPE ! Blueberry-Banana Pancakes Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10-15 minutes Now that you’ve got the perfect tips for flatter abs, you need the perfect meal to go with them. Have a great beginning to your day -- whole-wheat flour is a good source of fiber and B vitamins, blueberries contain powerful antioxidants, bananas are rich in potassium, and milk is chock-full of calcium. It’s time to get cooking, enjoy the feast and then reap the rewards of enviable abs! Ingredients Nonstick cooking spray 1 cup whole-wheat flour 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 very ripe medium bananas 1 cup nonfat milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (do not defrost) 4 tablespoons maple syrup

48 Meet • Eat • Drink • Be Entertained

Preheat oven to 180 [degrees]. Coat a griddle or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and preheat. In a medium bowl, combine both flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well with a fork and set aside. In a large bowl or food processor, mash bananas until mushy. Add milk, egg and vanilla and mix or process until blended. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix or process until just blended (tiny lumps should still appear; do not overmix or pancakes will be tough). Ladle 3 tablespoons of batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Top each with 1-2 tablespoons of blueberries. When bubbles appear around the edges of pancakes, after about 2-3 minutes, flip and cook 1 minute. Transfer pancakes to a warm plate and keep warm in the oven while you cook remaining pancakes.

Do your own bookkeeping and tax returns. Setting and running a business in Spain is not an easy task. Many, foreigners as well as nationals, get frustrated with the red tape. For most self employed people the spanish “papeleo” is a constant headache. Probably your only contact with the spanish tax system is this: 1.Every three months, that pass by ever so fast since you are a self-employed,you take a pile of invoices to your accountant. 2.A few days later your accountant get back to you with quite a few tax bills to pay: Iva, Rental Retention, Income Tax, Employees tax… and you do not know why.

Understanding the actual system can make a difference and help you make sound decisions based on knowledge. It also can enable you to grasp the real situation of your business. This seminar is specially designed for self employed people with a small business to become self sufficient with regard to tax obligation. Is it for me? What will I learn? If you are a self-employed person with a small business and no employees your tax obligations are no too difficult to handle. This is not to say that it is very easy as you need to have some paperwork skills and some training, but, on the other hand, nobody will look after your own tax responsibilities better than you. In this seminar you will learn to be self-sufficient with regard to tax obligations. You will learn what to do and where to go to register/de-register yourself as autonomo. You will be able to submit your IVA and Personal Tax Returns every quarter and also the annual ones.(There are quite a few!). You will also learn how to handle the most common problems that autonomos have with the Tax Agency and Social Security Agency. This 100% practical 2 day-seminar will teach you HOW TO: •Fulfill your tax and accounting obligations. •Prepare and submit your quarter and annual tax return. •Solve most common problems. If you have any question or want to join us at our next seminar, visit our website for venue and upcoming dates. Example a person of 50 years of age with a fund value of £100,000 Benefits that would be received under normal circumstances £25,000 tax free cash £218.75 per month minus tax £54.69 is equal to a net pension per month of £164.06 Benefits that could be taken if transferred via QROPS £25,000 tax free cash £75,000 invested and a tax free income taken of £500.00 per month With a QROPS pension not only do you save 25% in tax but you will never suffer the exchange rate trap again. The above is based upon a fund of £100,000, imagine what your pension would be if you have a fund value of £25,000 or £50,000? Very simply you would receive a ¼ or ½ of the figures above. Pensions in the UK are in turmoil and you as an individual must protect your income in retirement by transferring your benefits via QROPS. British Airways recently announced a £3.7 Billion deficit in their final salary pension scheme. Many final salary schemes have been axed; IBM, BA and many more no longer offer these benefits. To find out if you are eligible and for a free assessment contact David Kennedy on 678 035 992 or email: yourclientreview@yahoo.co.uk

Unlock your UK Pensions Would you like to access your pension early and enjoy the benefits now? If so... Then you should seek QROPS advice now!!

QROPS (Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme) As a British ex-pat, living in Spain, you have been eligible to take your UK frozen Pension benefits early since April 2006. This means that you can receive a lump sum (tax free) and income now, which could help in these difficult financial times. Rules in Spain for ex-pats are different than they are in the UK, normal or selected retirement ages do not apply. Providing you are between the ages of 18 and 75 you can access your benefits early. Why not join the thousands of ex-pats world wide, who are enjoying their benefits early, and find out what this could mean to you?

For more information and a free, no obligation review of your benefits contact David on 678035992 or email yourclientreview@yahoo.co.uk Go to www.ourfinancialreview.com and complete the free assessment form 52 Meet • Eat • Drink • Be Entertained

Tell Lola, our resident Agony Aunt all your problems – she’s a nosey interfering old crow, and that’s why we love her! Prepare for a blunt and to the point answer! Advice given on this page is not guaranteed to be accurate, and is not provided by a professional instead its given by our own clapped out, life experienced Queen Lola – YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Dear Lola, My wife is always accusing me of leaving the toilet seat up after I have been to the loo,, I feel that I’m being considerate but she hates the fact that the seat is not immediately ready to use and also claims that I urinate all over the floor. Which one of us is correct?

My dahling - This sounds like an extremely fishy tale! - If I were you I wouldn’t do watersports for a good while. I too suffer from wet -dreams - but I only dream in monochrome. I believe the colour in your dreams is only a pigment of your imagination.xx Dear Lola, Everyone hates me - what should I do? Dahling - EVERYONE doesn’t know you get a grip! x PETROL STATION

I am suffering from re-curring nightmares - I am a mermaid in vivid blue water with bright golden hair and giant red lobsters are trying to nip at my tail - the blinding colours make me wake with a terrible head-ache - what does this mean?

MIRAFLORES

My boy - your wife is most definitely correct! You have an obvious weapon to aim with; however, you seem to be missing the target. Either put a small photo of Paris Hilton into the bowl and take aim (you wouldn’t be the first). Another option - try the sink! The missus will never know! x

Dear Lola,

SUPERSOL PLAZA VICENTE ESPINEL

Dear Lola,

Dear Lola,

I am a single girl living on ‘The Costa’ - I have no friends and feel very lonely - can you find a way for me to improve my social life?

My boyfriend’s hygiene leaves a lot to be desired - and he often reeks of body odour. Recently, he has returned home smelling of another woman’s perfume - should I be concerned?

Angelcakes - of course me being a glamourous, witty and intelligent, yet, modest beauty - I don’t suffer from this problem. However, if you are feeling lonely, why not miss a couple of mortgage payments and I’m sure someone will be in touch. x Dear Lola, With the summer finally here, my kids are aching to jump into the swimming pool - the only thing is our urbanisation doesn’t have one.... Can you suggest an alternative? Sweetheart, Don’t worry. To give the children an authentic public pool experience - simply fill the bath with cold water, add two bottles of bleach and urinate into it before allowing them to jump in! Throw in a rubber ring and they’ll never know the difference!

Dear Lola, I have recently employed a dog whisperer for my yappy Pomeranian. After following the professional’s advice, our pooch is still unruly - should I ask the expert to return? Yes - and this time get her to SPEAK UP!

Most definitely darling - men should be like ‘Kleenex; - soft, clean and in this case disposable! Dear Lola, I am only twelve and would love to be an actor but have no experience - any ideas? Oh my babycheeks - from my experience acting is all about honesty - and If you can fake it you got it made! My boys will be running a theatre workshop in the summer with guests from the ‘West End’ - why not join us if you need help? Lolasshowbar.com for more details.... As always my advice is heartfelt and sincere, if you have a problem email me direct

lola@thecostadirectory.com If your problem can’t wait you can always pop down to Lola’s Show Bar for a drink and see if I am available. You can find my fabulous bar at Plaza Ginebra, Sabinillas, Manilva. Behind Banco Andalucia on N340 - KM 144.5

Capricorn

Dec 23rd - Jan 19th Have you been spending a lot of time pushing your body physically, Capricorn? If so, you may be feeling the effects. Muscle aches and exhaustion could be taking their toll on you.

Aquarius

Jan 20th - Feb 19th A troubled night with little sleep could have you feeling out of sorts and not like doing much socializing. If you can, Aquarius, work on projects at home alone where you can stop and take a nap if you want.

Pisces

Feb 20th - Mar 20th Perhaps you invited a lot of visitors over recently, Pisces, but today you don’t feel like entertaining. Nerve strain and other stresses might leave you more in the mood to be alone. However, since your guests could be connected with your business, you won’t want to cancel

Aries Mar 21st - Apr 19th You probably aren’t going to feel very social at the moment, Aries. In fact, you’re likely to want to work on projects and tasks alone if you can.

Taurus

Apr 21st - May 21st The need to concentrate may necessitate that you isolate yourself in order to fully focus on the task at hand, Taurus. This is fortunate, because you’ll probably accomplish a lot more than you would otherwise and be satisfied with what you’ve done.

Gemini

May 22nd - June 22nd Research on a subject related to a project could have you heading to a place where you can read without being constantly distracted, Gemini. Your concentration is high and you’re likely to accomplish a lot in this regard

64 Meet • Eat • Drink • Be Entertained

Cancer

June 23rd - July 23rd You might spend a lot of time running errands, Cancer. You could run into friends or neighbors, but you probably won’t feel like stopping to talk with them.

Leo

July 24th - Aug 23rd Other responsibilities could force you to postpone work on personal projects that mean a lot to you. This could be frustrating, Leo, and you’re likely to want to sequester yourself with whatever you need to do and throw yourself into getting the problem resolved as soon as possible..

Virgo

Aug 24th - Sep 23rd Stress from overwork could have you feeling weaker than usual. You might be tempted to stay at home, get some rest, and recoup your energies. Do this if you can, Virgo. Otherwise, you may not be able to give your project the concentration it needs.

Libra

Sep 24th - Oct 23rd You might feel a little gloomy this month, Libra, and perhaps have no idea why. It might be a good idea to retrace your steps for the past day or so. Look within to find out if anything you may have seen could have awakened unconscious memories from the past.

Scorpio

Oct 24th - Nov 22nd One of your closest friends could be in a rotten mood lately, Scorpio. This person might be short with everyone and not inclined to communicate why. This could be due more to personal problems and little, if anything, to do with you or anyone else.

Sagittarius

Nov 23rd - Dec 22nd A project that you’re rather excited about could require some intense solitary work, Sagittarius. You might sometimes feel as if the walls are closing in on you, but you need to concentrate in order to get the best possible results.
