DAY 1: Cologne Embarkation in the late afternoon. In the evening the ship leaves the city and crosses the dense Dutch waterways heading south.

DAY 3: Amsterdam - Enkhusien Excursion to Northern Holland, including visits to an open-air museum and a cheese dairy.
DAY 4: Rotterdam City tour/walk through modern Rotterdam with its futuristic buildings. Your guide and coach will be waiting for you at the harbour to start with this exciting excursion. First, it is time to relax, and you will go on board the Spido for a 75-minute harbour tour. Among the busy traffic of seagoing and inland ships, this trip is a unique voyage through one of the largest harbours in the world. You can see Rotterdam's impressive skyline with its imposing buildings glide by, and then get a unique view of the harbours shipyards, docks and last but not least 'De Rotterdam'. An old cruise ship which nowadays is used as a hotel. Afterwards, you will have a panoramic city tour through Rotterdam, which is known for its architecture. You will see some very lovely buildings which are known for its construction like the Cube Houses, the city hall due to his symmetrical design, the Erasmus Bridge, also known as the Swan, and of course the Euromast. You will also have some free time at the “Markthal�. Go shopping under the biggest work of art in the Netherlands on your own. What about trying some of the many culinary specialities? After the free time, you will be brought back to the ship.
DAY 5: Nijmegen Guided tour of the friendly Hanseatic city Nijmegen. Followed by time for your own discoveries.

Modern meets comfort on board our MS Rhine Melody. This luxurious riverboat with the highest demands in design extends over a length of 132 metres. The highly generous cabins offer all convenience and a fantastic view of the banks of the Rhine. But not only the cabins: it does not matter where you are on this ship, the large panorama windows open a fantastic river cinema. The cuisine on-board is also superb. Culinary cuisine is offered each day that lets cruise passengers hearts beat faster. Cabin information The cabins are furnished in style and comfort with an air conditioning system / heater that can be regulated separately, shower/WC SAT TV, telephone, hair dryer and safe. The deluxe cabins have an approx. size of 14.5 m². They offer beds positioned next to each other that can be pushed apart on request. All cabins on the upper deck are equipped with floor to ceiling panorama windows that can be opened (French balcony). The cabins on the middle deck have large panorama windows that can be opened. The standard cabins have a size of approx. 11.5 m², have large panorama windows that cannot be opened and are all equipped with a fold-down bed and a sofa bed.
