Meet Suzanne. Suzanne brings over 30 years of real estate experience to her position as Relocation Director. She holds the Certified Relocation Professional® designation and is an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council®, Relocation Directors Council® and is a past President of the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council. Suzanne cultivates relationships with local corporations and global relocation management companies while managing and training the firm’s team of relocation-certified agents. She is a licensed Broker in North and South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Meet Melissa. Melissa’s experience in marketing, program development and client services equips her with the skills required to serve as Cottingham Chalk’s Relocation Coordinator. Having personally relocated to Charlotte in 2009, Melissa knows first-hand how exciting a move to the area can be and allows her to empathize with the customers we assist. She is responsible for managing and growing our broker-to-broker business and is involved with assessing the needs of corporate transferees. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Education from the University of Georgia.

We also offer a fee-based service. It includes everything in our complimentary service, as well as help scheduling appointments and property tours.
