National Lottery #ThanksToYou At Ancient House Museum

This month the team at the Ancient House is saying a special #ThanksToYou to National Lottery players for your support in making the work we do possible. From Saturday 19 March to Sunday 27th March 2022 we are offering free admission (worth £5.10 for adults, £4.86 concessions and £4.70 for a child) to lottery ticket holders. All you need do is bring along a used Lotto ticket and we will be delighted to offer you free admission. This includes access to our two special exhibitions – the Thetford Treasure, a late Roman hoard on loan from the British Museum, and Princess Catherine Duleep Singh exhibition, featuring new artwork from contemporary artist, Inkquisitive. Plus visitors will be able to enjoy our Fairy Tales and Myths Family trail, play ‘I Spy’ with characters from myths and fairy tales around the museum to win a small prize. Since The National Lottery’s first draw took place on 19 November 1994, more than £45 billion has been raised for good causes in the areas of arts, sport, film, heritage and community - that’s over £30 million raised for good causes each week.
