Many communities throughout Armenia have come together to form intercommunity organizations (ICOs) united by a common goal to provide residents with efficient and adequate services. Counterpart International Armenia believes that ICOs allow communities to combine their capacities and resources, which in turn strengthens their local institutions and raises the quality of life for residents. ICO support comes from Counterpart International Armenia’s Civil Society and Local Government Support Program, generously funded by the United States Agency for Development (USAID).
