Official Notice of Annual Meeting The yearly stockholder meeting of Scranton Equity Exchange will be held at the Scranton Community Center on Wednesday, October 31. Lunch will start at 12:00 with the meeting to follow at 1:00. The agenda will include the auditors overview of the financial statement, the Board Presidents review of changes that has taken place over the year, the General Managers Report, and a report on Frontier Travel Center of Bowman – a subsidiary. The meeting will conclude with comments from Benson Quinn. The stockholders will be asked to vote for one board position. Under by-law changes made by the membership at the 2006 annual meeting, members seeking a board position must notify the Equity Central Office in writing a minimum of 21 days previous to the meeting date. Paul Swanson has notified the board president of his intention to re-run for the position he currently holds.
