The Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office is contemplating criminal charges against Wallace. While Lincoln County Health officials report no deaths this season related to influenza as of Tuesday, Jan. 7, media reports say seven people have died from influenza in Washington, Clackamas and Multnomah counties and a 5-year-old boy from Eugene died after contracting the H1N1 flu virus.
