Stay with the Club
Welcome to the 2024/25 CL Sites and Night Stops guide – a companion to our yearly Handbook. As a member of the Motor Caravanners’ Club you have exclusive access to all the sites listed in this booklet. We hope you enjoy these fantastic sites – many run by Club members – as you travel around the country.
CL SITES
We at the Motor Caravanners’ Club are authorised by Natural England, The Scottish Executive and The Welsh Assembly Government to issue licences for Certificated Locations. These are known as CLs. Owners of land may permit up to five motorhomes or caravans without the need of planning permission. The conditions are:
• Not more than five ‘vans allowed on the site.
• No ‘vans shall be allowed to stay for longer than 28 consecutive days.
• Awnings and pup tents are allowed.
• Tents and trailer tents are not allowed.
NIGHT STOPS
Our Night Stops are a pleasant way to break up a journey. Sites are suitable for a short stay, are often
hotels and pubs, and many are run by our own members. Just a quick courtesy telephone call is all they need to know when you will be arriving.
If you wish to become a CL or Night Stop please contact the Motor Caravanners’ Club, Wood Farm Estate, Marlbank Rd, Welland, Malvern WR13 6NA Tel: 01684 311677
Email: info@themotorcaravannersclub.co.uk or download the details from the website www.themotorcaravannersclub.co.uk.
The sites are continually updated throughout the year. Please check the website and magazine for any updates on temporary closures and new locations.
