Media Pack 2023
Scottish Farming Leader is NFU Scotland’s flagship membership magazine which goes to our 9,000 members and stakeholders involved in the agricultural sector in Scotland. The magazine gives the Union’s members key information about all that’s happening in their industry and what the Union does for them, both here in Scotland and further afield.
SCOTTISH FARMING
NFU Scotland,
the largest agricultural lobbying organisation in Scotland, has been representing Scottish agriculture since 1913. The organisation’s key objective is to lobby on behalf of its membership and to boost the profile of Scottish farming and crofting at home and abroad. Since the Union was founded there have been evidential changes across all sectors, with this continuing to evolve. Now more than ever, the agricultural industry needs a strong, united voice, fighting for it, both to influence policy but also to fight for our principles and what the industry prides itself in – producing high quality food to be enjoyed by consumers every day of the year.
