MICROLEARNING
from PowerUp 2023
Following each module, you will be provided access to relevant microlearning courses, which you can complete on a laptop, tablet, or cellphone.
The microlearning offers three-to-five-minute engagements that refreshes your memory of the content covered during the module, motivates thinking around real-time application of the learning, and provides suggestions for further resources to deepen your understanding of the topic.

Following each module you will be provided access to the Digital Commons, which provides extra reading, videos, and the course materials to download. In addition, you will be able to upload your intersession assignments directly through the Digital Commons for facilitator feedback.
Prior to the first module, you will complete a customized and tailored 270-degree leadership assessment covering the competencies and objectives of the program. This assessment will be retaken five months following the conclusion of the last module so you can assess your level of development and highlight areas for further development.
In addition, post each module, a Level 1 assessment will be sent to you for completion with a Level 2 assessment provided two months following the conclusion of the final module. In addition, you will join a reconnect vILT, where you will be able to discuss what you have learned, how you have applied that learning, and the behavior change that has occurred.

Therefore, come to the session prepared to be involved in open discussions, work in breakout groups, do presentations, argue and debate with your cohort colleagues, be called on by name to contribute and , most importantly, learn something new and have some fun!
The session takes place using Zoom (meeting link is in your calendar invitation)
