Scenario: Elliot is an engineer in a software company. He likes to telecommute. He is using a cell phone to ensure his company can reach him at any time. A couple of days ago a friend told him about the FusionOne services. Ellito comes to the site to see if the service would work for him.

Scenario: Sign-Up Process
Scenario: Diana runs a public relations office. She owns a lot of different devices, where she keeps client contacts, notes, bookmarks etc. She owns a Nokia phone, a palm pilot, uses Microsoft Outlook and keeps an events calender with Yahool. Diana has received promotional material from Nokia. A new feature allows here to synch her Phonebook in Outlook with her Nokia Cellphone. She is very intersted in the service and goes to the URL written in the material she received.

Hand held Device: Choose model Cell Phone: Choose model The system displays the device categories that Diana has choosen. Now she has to specify the details. Some devices have limited support. Diana has the option to enter an unsupported model and will be notified by FusionOneas soon as her device is supported.
Diana choose Home PC. A new screen explains to here that she needs an application to be able to synchronize the data. Later she will be asked about applications she would like to synch data from. (E-mail, Bookmarks etc.) When the application is installed she will be directed back to the "Device Details" to specify all the other devices.

When Diana has specified all her devices, she receives an Account page. The account list allows her to setup new devices and gives her an overview of all the data which is synchronized.

Scenario: Account user
Scenario: Frank is and engineer in a software development company. He is a FusionOne user and currently syncs his home PC with his work PC. He recently bought a Palm VII and wants to load it with all his contacts and schedule data. He decides to try to do this with FusionOne.

Frank comes to the FusionOne Homepage and Logs in. He enters his user name and password.

Scenario: Partner PIM Account user
Scenario: Victoria relies on her YourDay calender to keep her small business going. She uses FusionOne to load her calender into her Nokia cell phone for when she's on the road. She adds some appointments to her calender and syncs it to her phone.
