This autumn, village halls and other community buildings across Warwickshire will come alive with some of the most innovative and exciting live entertainment from the UK and beyond. The Live & Local Community Touring Scheme works with voluntary groups from across Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire helping them to choose and promote professional live performance including music of all genres, theatre, storytelling, children’s shows and much more. These shows take place in the heart of local communities in venues such as village halls, churches and community centres. Some highlights will include: Angus and Ross will perform a cast of hilarious characters in spoof style Sherlock Holmes comedy, Holmes & Watson: The Farwell Tour. Zulu is an exciting South African group that perform a variety of dance, drama, storytelling and music; from afro-jazz to traditional psalms. Lock up your goats and hold onto your hats because smoking hot gypsy band, New Budapest Café Orchestra, are coming to stoke the fires at Pailton Village Hall on Saturday 10th December (Tickets: 01788 833113). BROAD HORIZON COMMUNITY EVENT - Saturday 12th November - Broad Horizon Enterprise Centre - 161 Broad St, Foleshill - from 10:00am to 3:00pm Broad Horizon Enterprise Centre is hosting a community event on November 12th.
