In their unique Gin Making Classes, you’ll get to become a master gin maker and learn how to develop and distill your very own one-of-a-kind gin, just how you like it.

Taste, smell and select your botanicals from our Australian native and marine botanical pantry, fi re up your own mini copper still and wait to discover your resulting creation.

Grab your friends and book into one of their Gin Making Classes. Class times are Thursday 6pm, Saturday 12pm and 4pm, Sunday 2pm.

KEEP OUT OF THE COLD AND SINK YOUR TASTE BUDS INTO MANLY SPIRITS CO.’S NEW WINTER COCKTAIL AND FOOD MENU WHILE SITTING AMONGST THE MATURING WHISKY BARRELS IN THEIR URBAN DISTILLERY.

Enjoy a warming whisky highball with a dash of secret bitters, immuneboosting gin hot toddies to soothe the soul, paired with Chef Naz’s special ‘Naz-chos’ with spicy slow-cooked beef or a trio of house made pork shoulder tacos to share.

Finish off with a dessert plate featuring Choc-et-Moi’s spirit-infused truffl e chocolates, Amber Spiced Gin caramelised popcorn paired with a Lilly Pilly Pink Gin and raspberry cocktail-shake.

Open Thursday to Friday 4-10pm, Saturday 12-10pm and Sunday 12-6pm.
