Visionary Interior Designer and Founder of Inside Out Real Estate Styling, Rosie Zofrea, has redefined the world of design with her signature style, consistently transforming spaces into works of art. Hi Rosie. You are the midas of interiors, everything you touch turns to gold! Were you born with impeccable taste or is it a skill that you have learnt?

I've been a creative person for as long as I can remember. My rich heritage, combined with my experiences and the people I've met over the years have helped shape my ever-evolving style. I've spent the past 20 years in real estate and design and have completed a Real Estate diploma, an Interior Design Certificate at CATC, and specialised training in Home Staging and decluttering. In 2015, I brought together my love for real estate and interiors by starting Inside Out Real Estate Styling.

We love your quote, "I may look normal, but in my head, I'm redecorating every property I see." Can you share your mental styling process? When I'm designing a space, my mind becomes a whirlwind of activity as I measure the area and contemplate its ideal style. It's not just about aesthetics; it's about creating an emotional connection with those who enter the space and evoking a specific feeling within them.

"I want to revamp my home." What steps are involved in the ‘make-over’ process? I'll begin with an on-site meeting at your home to discuss your preferences and assess the space. Next, I'll create a Pinterest board that captures the overall style and aesthetic. Finally, I'll present a detailed vision board showcasing proposed items for each room, bringing the transformation to life.

La Villa, your stunning and versatile styling studio, exudes Mediterranean sophistication. How can people make the most of this space?

It's very versatile. We've created a space that's perfect for artists and their work, employers wanting to meet with their teams, or groups of people who want to take a unique photo. We have options for creatives looking for a backdrop for their latest photoshoot, plus all the furniture and homewares you need to create the perfect scene.

It's a secret haven, a place to escape to, enjoy an expresso and be inspired to rethink any interior space. Plus, my team and I are on hand to seek expertise.

How does home styling increase property value when selling? Have you ever changed someone's mind to sell? A well-styled property can increase sales prices by 10%. In the digital age, creating a strong online visual impression is crucial to attract more buyers. Styling adds personality and helps buyers visualise living in the space. Our team loves bringing properties to life and building relationships with clients. I've often heard clients say, "I don't want to move out now, the property looks amazing."
