ITINERARY IN DETAIL Day 01

Arrive Bali

Welcome to your 'Co x & Kings - Bali Wo nders' tour.

On arrival in Bali, you will be met by a local Cox & Kings representative and transferred to your hotel (check-in after 1500 hours).

The rest of the day is at leisure. You can opt for shopping at the Night Market or experience sunset dinner cruise.

Note: Only International buffet meal will be available on board the cruise. No Jain Food will be served.

The day is at leisure for independent activities. You can opt for a full day Kintamani tour.

After breakfast, visit Tanjung Benoa Beach to enjoy activities like banana boat ride, glass bottom boat ride etc. Other Water Sports activities will be at your own expenses.

Later, proceed to visit Uluwatu Temple. The cliff-top setting at the edge of a plateau 250 feet above the waves of the Indian Ocean is spectacular. Then, witness Kecak dance, one of Bali's most iconic art performances, famous for its dominant use of human vocals in place of gamelan instruments to accompany the dance-drama at its core. Your visit to the island won't be complete without seeing a show.

The morning is at leisure for independent activities. You can opt for a visit Bali Safari & Marine Park.

Later in the afternoon, enjoy Tanah Lot Temple tour which is one of Bali's most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine is perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves, honouring sea god, Baruna.

Morning is free at leisure. You can opt for a full day Bali Safari Marine Park on a step hillside between the mountain and the sea on the splendid island of Bali, there once lived a village of people renowned for their believe to God and their love for nature. They considered all the wild animals and plants to be their friends. In those days there were many deer and few people. And tigers never bothered the village. They lived together in peace and harmony. Home to hundreds amazing animals representing more than 50 species, including some of rare and endangered species.

Important Note A part of your tour price will be taken in USD from your LRS as per the RBI / GOI regulations.

Child Without Bed - Child under 12 years of age, sharing parent's room, without a bed or cot.

A deviation charge of INR 2500 per person, in addition to the applicable difference between the group airfare within the package holiday tour cost and the market airfare for the changed sector / date, will be applicable.

Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty and re-routing charges are as per individual airline policy and the same will be advised and charged accordingly.

For two adults & two children (both under 12 years) rooming together, kindly contact central operations team and the particular rooming request depends upon individual hotel policy.

If a child under 12 sharing room with 1 adult, then the cost will be as per twin sharing.

Itinerary is subject to change or alteration before or during the tour, due to feasibility of operation.

Due to space restrictions in the coach, you are permitted to carry only one main bag (preferably strolley) and one hand bag on your tour.

There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, Hotel accommodation etc not utilized on your tour.

The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted.

Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.

The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 20 full paying adult passengers travelling together.

In a room there can be maximum of 3 adults. As a 3rd person in a Triple Room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size will be the same as a Double Room.

In the event that the group size is less than 21 adult passengers, you will be given an option of travelling on an FIT basis, by paying an additional FIT Supplement. The Tour will be conducted on a seat-in-coach basis for a group minimum strength of 6- 20, with the assistance of a local representative.

Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.

After return from tour passengers must pay.

The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or any other services.

The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a particular airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged.

Indian lunches, dinners and local meals are pre-set and a la carte would not be possible.

Overseas travel insurance for the duration of the tour is included in the tour price for passengers upto 70 years of age. However, any passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges. Any passengers age above 70 years has to pay additional amount.

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident due to passenger's negligence.

If there are less than 15 adult passengers travelling on a group departure, all applicable transfers will be on Seat-inCoach (SIC) basis.

Baggage allowance as per Airlines policy of 1 piece is included for internal flight.

For 2 adults & 2 children under 12 years rooming together, the 1st child will pay child with extra bed cost and 2nd child will pay child without extra bed charges. This will be subject to each hotel's policies, as some hotels do not allow 4 pax (adults & child) in one room. In that case passengers will need to buy 2 double rooms.

Standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1000 - 1200 hours. The same may vary as per hotel policy.

High season/trade fairs/events/festivals surcharges will be applicable.

Under the GST Free Offer, Cox & Kings will bear 5% of GST on your final Invoice Amount which will be credited as a discount. Please refer to our Duniya Dekho Terms & Condition and Offer Booklet for all details.
