Welcome
Letter from our President Thank you for taking the time to look at our 2021 Sale Catalogue. The Crossfield Madden 4H Beef Club has existed in our community for over 30 years. We are very proud of our club and what it stands for. This year and last, our club had many challenges due to Covid 19. We also know that this has been a challenging year for our community. But this has not stopped our members from taking on the challenges and finishing off another successful 4H year. The Crossfield Madden 4H Beef Club consists of 22 members. We have 12 Junior, 8 Intermediate and 2 Senior members. Although our club has many younger members, our determination has pushed on. On behalf of the members, I would like to acknowledge and thank our parents, the Leaders Camille Scott and Heather Finn, Assistant Leaders Raeanne Hagel and Kim Fox, and our Junior Leader Russell Gallelli. Without the support of all of you we know the events this year would not have happened. Our members are very excited to be hosting a Virtual Achievement Day and Beef Sale on May 22nd at Havens’ Arena. Unfortunately, this event can only be held online due to restrictions. We know this is not the best-case scenario, but our goal is to allow for our members to show their projects and stay safe at the same time. We appreciate your understanding with this and hope you can join us virtually. This year is our 1st time hosting our own beef sale for our club. Our members have been working hard at feeding and caring for their projects. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase the best Alberta Beef around. We look forward as members to providing this to our community. I would like to invite you to join our Virtual Achievement Day Show at 1pm, and our Online Live Beef Sale at 6:30pm by registering at www.cci.auction/register. If you have any questions or would like to know more about purchasing a steer, please email our club at crossfieldmadden4hbeefclub@gmail.com, call 403-369-1791, or contact any 4H member. Thank you for your continued support for our club. Houston Fox Crossfield Madden 4H Beef Club President
