Premium cured meats such as salted, smoked and peppered pork fillet and Corsican cured hams from the Mediterranean Kissing Islands of Corsica and Sardinia, paired with tasty chutneys, mustards, relishes and olives.
STALL #2: CORSICAN CHEESEMONGER
Prepared in traditional Mediterranean style, your delegates will be in awe of our perfectly styled cheese table which includes Tommette de Chèvre and Forme D’Ambert. A classic Vietnamese dish that is tricky to pronounce but super easy to slurp down. Choose from a mindbending selection of ingredients to make your Pho, just so. Now is it pronounced “foh”, “fur” or “fuh”?

Our savoury Banh Xeo crepe wraps are our favourite Vietnamese street snack. These delicious pancakes are a combination of soft and crunchy textures and are terribly more-ish.
