• On making a provisional booking a non-transferable deposit of £15 per person will be required within 14 days in order to secure the booking. If a deposit is not received within this time the space will be released without prior notice.

• The final payment for all Christmas parties is to be made by 31st October 2023. Any booking made after this date requires prepayment in full. All payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No refunds will be given for lost deposits. Should your numbers reduce the monies lost cannot be used against your final balance, wine, drinks or other hotel services.

• 100% cancellation charges apply after full prepayment is received.

• Park Inn by Radisson Manchester reserves the right to cancel an event. In this eventuality alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.

• The age restriction for our Christmas party nights is 18 years old.

• Proof of ID may be required or requested at any time.
