RADISSON REWARDS ENGAGEMENT SCORES SEPTEMBER 2019 Area Performance • 28 hotels in our Area managed to beat the target of 70% score • This is a very simple target to achieve which should be 100% for all hotels. Basically this is based on asking 3 main and important questions to our guests.

RADISSON REWARDS INCENTIVE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
A new team incentive for Radisson Rewards enrolments started on 1 September 2019 for two consecutive months. TIMELINE: :
September and October 2019 CAMPAIGN BRIEF:
$1 per enrollment A fixed amount of $1 per enrolment will be paid for every new member enrolled 110% or moreover the hotel’s monthly goal. How will your hotel receive the incentive? Pay-out of the incentive will be done automatically the month following and will show as credit on the consolidate RHG invoice. Check with your Finance Department.

RADISSON REWARDS WE HOTEL COLLABORATION OBJECTIVES: Radisson Hotel Group is now part of JinJiang International, currently operating over 8,500 hotels worldwide.
DETAILS: Since June 2019, 53 of our RHG properties will be bookable on the WeHotelplatform, JinJiang’s global hotel booking platform. The remaining 1,100+ hotels will be available for booking by the end of 2019. Radisson Rewards and WeHotelPrime, the loyalty program for JinJiang high-end hotels, are working together to provide localized in-hotel benefits to members of both programs. The initial objective is to provide WeHotelmembers access to RHG hotels globally.
During August 2019 another 212 hotels are added to be available for booking and September batch 3 was added with 122 hotels..
