Our bar and kitchen staff always put in a performance but on Fridays, Saturdays and show nights at The Hydro, we step it up with live music.

Whether it’s for a few colleagues, a full office or simply a gal or guy gang looking for a quirky way to finish off a festive shopping spree, our brunch serves up guaranteed fun for EVERYONE.

_WHO LET THE DOGS OUT?

A £10 per person deposit is required to secure your booking and this is nonrefundable and cannot be offset against any other products or services. We can provisionally hold the booking upon request for up to 7 days. When monies are not received, the booking space will be released back to the hotel for general resale. All final balances must be received no later than 14 days prior to arrival and all monies paid are non-refundable and cannot be offset against any other products or services. New Year events and GO Radio Christmas lunch are pre-payable. Menu choices and dietary requirements will be required 14 days prior to arrival. The OUI BAR & KTCHN is made up of a mix of small to large tables, therefore for larger parties, guests may be sat over a section of the restaurant over a variety of tables. The organiser is responsible for the full booking including table plan, payment terms, contracts and the behavior of their group. Full T&Cs available upon booking. All details are correct at the time of going to print.

All events booked through Skiddle and all bedroom packages booked directly with the hotel are fully pre-paid and non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless cancelled by the hotel.
