Chef Ahmet Dede Iftar pop-up

This Ramadan, W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island presents a sublime culinary experience in collaboration with renowned Turkishborn owner and head chef of Dede at The Customs House – a Michelin-starred Turkish restaurant, Ahmet Dede. The pop-up will feature a widespread Iftar spread brimming with signature dishes curated by Chef Dede and Chef Okky with his culinary team at Garage. Menu highlights include Mushroom cookie, Manti lobster, BBQ cod, Ottoman-style rack of lamb, Blood orange and cardamon, and plenty more Turkish delights.

Time:

April 12 to April 16. Sunset to 9pm.

Reconnect with friends and family for a unique experience with W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island’s Garage. The vibrant Iftar spread caters to every palate and encompasses signature classics including Malaysian martabak with beef, Chicken shawarma, Arabic spice salmon, Modernist butter chicken, Lamb ouzi, and more. A selection of Chef Dede’s set menu dishes will also be featured at Garage.
