As well as browsing our latest designs and resources, we hope you’ll find encouragement and ideas for making your church outreach as effective as possible – conveying the warm welcome, the vibrant life and the transformative message of the Kingdom that the whole world needs to hear. My church recently invested in a large, eye-catching new noticeboard. We’d needed one for years, but it never seemed like a priority. Then one day our vicar met a man who lives a few doors down from the church. The man was surprised to discover that the church was a going concern; he’d assumed it was closed and to be fair, from the outside there wasn’t much to give away the bustling activity within. A new noticeboard went up shortly thereafter. Many people in our country think the Church is dying. But we are alive and kicking and no one should have any reason to doubt it. At CPO, we believe wholeheartedly that as our God is a God who communicates, we as his disciples are called to communicate – through words, beautiful images and colours, and through our actions and behaviour. Welcome Resources When did you last experience a genuine welcome? What was said? Did you get the feeling there had been thought and preparation before you arrived? How did you feel? For many people, going to church takes courage. It is unfamiliar territory and they are unsure of what to expect. No church sets out to make newcomers uncomfortable, but if we aren’t mindful that can easily happen. Here are 10 details that can make all the difference: 1. A friendly smile from someone at the door

Payment and Delivery: UK handling and delivery charges are as follows: Under £14.99: £3.00, £15.00-£49.99: £6.00, £50-£99.99: £9.00, £100£149.99: £12.00, £150-£199.99: £16.00, £200+: £20.00 International charges at cpo.org.uk/postage. Invoices can be requested for orders over £300.00 (please note new limit). Free collection from our Worthing office. Most items are produced to order and despatched within two working days, but please allow 5-8 working days to avoid disappointment, especially for bespoke customisation, studio work, commissions and large format items. Additional handling and delivery charges for free resources may apply.
What about customisation? Online – You can change text on designs with the customise icon at cpo.org.uk. The customisation charge, for one design and format/size (e.g. posters, banners or invites), is £5, including optional images on cards (where available). There is also an optional £5 online proofing service. Please note that we are unable to ‘proof read’ layout as each customer has their own requirements. You will not receive a physical proof, but you will be automatically emailed your customised design for use in magazines, presentations or social media. It will also be available in your ‘My Downloads’ page in your account. By email or post – We can customise your order for you using our professional studio service. The charge starts at £20 for any product, quantity or design (this may increase for complex or bespoke jobs). Our designers will do their best to lay out your design to have the greatest impact. If you have a particular layout you require, please let us know at time of ordering. Proofs are available on request. One proof costs £10 which includes one lot of amends. Subsequent amends will cost £10 each. We can also help you create your own design, or print for you. Email sales@cpo.org.uk with your requirements for a quote. We are unable to take customised orders on the phone, due to the risk of error. Please allow extra time for bespoke or customised orders. I have my own design – can you print it? Yes! Get in touch, or try our new print shop: cpo.org.uk/printshop. What about digital downloads? If you customise a design online, or spend £20 on one range, you will receive the low-resolution images for use on websites and social media, depending on copyright restrictions. Contact us with any questions about your digital needs. Search online for PowerPoint templates available for some designs.
