Indonesia’s incredible MK Easymatrix Die Cu Since it was first launched at Indoprint 2016 exhibition in Indonesia, the Easymatrix was quickly identified as being different from the other die cutters being made in China or Taiwan. The secret behind this success is the cooperation between Heidelberg and MK Masterwork which is founded on the perfect fit between the two companies’ core strengths. MK Masterwork with a long history of quality manufacturing combined with Heidelberg's sales organization and after sales service quickly lead to many sales inquiries. To ensure the equipment met the stringent customer requirements, CE and GS safety certification was established. Heidelberg has sold over 75 Easymatrix die cutters in Asia with Indonesia having installed 50 MK Easyma-trix die cutters in less than 5 years. Installations are spread across various cities in Java, Bali and Sumatera. Especially the repeat orders of the 2nd or even 3rd machine by many printshops after installing and running the first unit proves the high level of customer trust in MK Easymatrix and Heidelberg Indonesia. Technology The Easymatrix is equipped with nonstop feeder head with quick set-up. It has 8 feeder table belts and 4 sensors on the front lay. It has side-lays in both the OS and DS as standard features.
The cutting pressure adjustment is driven by a servo motor. The quick set up features of the quick-lock die-chase, side jogger, sheet brake and non-stop delivery make tuning the Easymatrix fast and accurate. Operators enjoy these features as it significantly eases the daily job changes ensuring highest productivity of the equipment.
