So, another year has flown by, and our developments are rapidly progressing.
FOUND, Huntingdale is nearing completion with steady sales throughout the campaign. We have o ces, warehouses, o ce warehouses and storage units on o er. Settlements begin taking place this week.
PRECINCT, Oakleigh has commenced construction with several sales of the Workspaces being sold immediately upon release along with a couple of basement sales as well.
49Wangara has also been a hive of activity with construction well underway. Sales have remained strong across all assets (o ce, retail, o ce warehouses and storage units) with completion due late 2025 / early 2026.
The BASE, Bayside has also commenced construction with recent sales of o ce warehouses and a micro warehouse. This site also features a stand-alone two-level o ce building. This site will be delivered in two stages with the first of the o ce warehouses to settle late 2025.
