A CLIENT’S JOURNEY BRINER For the past 15 years Crabtrees Director, Chris McKenzie, has worked closely with Con Tsakonas, Managing Director of Briner, forging a strong working relationship. Offering quality signage and installation solutions to the market, including supplying the Crabtrees signboards, Briner have been operating for over 70 years and have established a loyal customer base and a stellar reputation. To support the expansion of their business, Con approached Chris with a brief and they began the search for a new HQ.
‘We had a very clear idea of what was required in terms of size, location and layout. When Chris first showed us the premises he had found, though it was a bit “tired”, we knew straightaway the layout and location were exactly right for Briner. We are very proud of what has been achieved in a relatively short amount of time,’ says Con.
‘Straight away I knew the property at 718 Princes Highway ticked a lot of the boxes. ‘Location wise it was perfect and the layout was right. Con was initially hesitant about the size as it was a lot bigger than they originally wanted, but I was sure it would be suitable not just for now, but for the future of the business,’ says Chris. Located in a prominent position on Princes Highway in Springvale, with 123 metres of frontage, the expansive site measures 11,200 sqm total land area with 5,826 sqm total building area.
