PROSPECTUS

Visiting the Cradle Coast has never been easier with the Spirit of Tasmania right on our doorstep. Getting there is half the fun. The boarding process from Melbourne is simple – with the only luggage restriction being your car’s capacity. Once you head up to the passenger decks to settle in, you’ll realise the 10-hour voyage will be over in the blink of an eye. Aside from enjoying Bass Strait’s stunning ocean views, you can spend your sail listening to live music, dine on Tasmanian produce at TMK restaurant, enjoy local Tasmanian beverages at one of the three bars, watch a movie in one of the cinemas, relax in the reading room, or load up on Tasmanian tourist information at the Tourism Hub. After a good night’s rest, you’ll wake up refreshed and ready to drive straight into the touring wonderland that is the Cradle Coast!

Western Wilds

Waratah, Tullah, Rosebery, Zeehan, Strahan, and Queenstown to Hobart | 500kms Unlike anywhere else on Earth, a journey west will be filled with dense wilderness scenes, mountainous and contrasting landscapes, small towns and winding drives. • Hellyer Gorge, named in September 2017 by motorcycling magazine “Australian Road Rider” as the top-five favourite roads in Australia for bikers. This winding route and the steep cliffs make for a jawdropping wilderness drive. • Waratah – on the edge of the Tarkine, this scenic town is rich in mining history and features a magnificent waterfall accompanied by a unique lakeside setting. • Head towards Tullah, nestled beneath Mt Farrell on the banks of picturesque Lake Rosebery.
