It was quite the trek, the weather was beautiful and it proved to be a truly memorable experience covering 22 miles in total.

I was based in Grasmere so I walked Nab Scar and Heron Pike separately before embarking on my journey from Stone Arthur to Clough Head using the bus to return home, but that still required walking back to the northern edge of Thirlmere.
