ew York City’s forecast continues to improve for a back-to-normal summer. Employers led by restaurants and hotels added 41,300 jobs last month, as the city pared down

Covid-19-related capacity restrictions amid plummeting cases of the virus. Those numbers could be headed higher as most remaining pandemic restrictions are now history as well after the state cleared a milestone set by Gov. Andrew Cuomo:
