These programs are intended for youth and adult participation. Please check each individual class for the age ranges. Cake Decorating Class - Ages 10+
Join our Cake Decorating Instructor as she teaches you a variety of cake, cupcake and fondant decorating techniques. Students will learn to frost a cake, use piping bags and decorating tips for seasonal flowers and foliage and create fondant pumpkins and acorns. This is great for students & families to be creative together. Please bring a supply fee of $12 per person payable to instructor. Please bring own apron (optional). Instructor: Tenille Van Hollebeke

Coming from Europe to the Appalachians, clogging is a rhythmic style of dance and danced to a wide variety of music. It is a fun, easy going class and great exercise. Clogging is a family activity so all ages from 10+ years are encouraged. Shoes and taps discussed at first class. Instructor: Maureen Pettit

Looking to get beyond AUTO? This is the class for you. Students will learn camera operation, exposure, and composition through visual presentation, in-class discussion, and hands-on experience. Class will be in the classroom, and outside on the beach (weather permitting). Class is formatted for DSLRs, Mirrorless, and Compact digital cameras. Ever wanted to improve your bird photography skills? This is the class for you. Students will learn techniques to improve sharpness, correct exposure, and composition. This class will be in the classroom, and, weather permitting, practice on the beach birds. Students will need to bring their camera gear and camera manual to class. Instructor is professional photographer Karen Ulvestad.
