Things to remember‌ Why ????????? To help join the group together. Relax the space. Relax the group Helps tune into listening. Helps tune in to emotions. Helps tune into colour. Helps people who maybe shy to join in. Helps people who don’t like to be centre of attention to participate.
Make sure everyone has enough space. Have a mixture of music. Their painting doesn't have to resemble an object. Everyone stays silent while this exercise is being done. Give the group a few minutes to observe the paintings that have developed.
• Close your eyes. • Surround yourself in your chosen colour like a cocoon. • Imagine it slowly moving around you. • Speed it up in your mind • Slow it down. • This is your Aura, it can be used to reenergize by speeding it up, or relaxing by slowing it down.
• Open eyes • Discuss how it felt for each person • What colour they chose • Explain what your aura looked like.
From small seeds, mighty oaks will grow………..
Choosing our 3 workshops
Everyone was given three post it notes and were asked to write 3 topics that they feel are important to them We put them up for everyone to read and we expressed our interest numbering 1,2 or 3 to express interest in working on the topc. The three most popular topics became the workshop topics that we volunteered to work on based on personal interest
Don’t Forget !!!!!
Rags 2 enrichments
• Ask the person to your right what is their name. • Introduce them to the group. • Ask them what is their aura colour.
