LIF T your vision. Prepare for take off. Different strokes for different folks, so you choose how to proceed... Option 1: Complete one card at a time, front and back.
ham Linco ln
This will keep you focused on that card's intention and vision before moving on.
Option 2: Do all the writing first, then flip the cards over to do the visioning. Start out stretching your left brain powers by first working through the writing prompts on all the cards. Then it's play time! Move into your right brain to complete the flip sides.
Choose whichever option feels most natural to you. One of the benefits of this kit, is that you can do it all at once or do one or two cards at a time. Either way, allow yourself time to focus.

' Choosing your cards: There are 9 primary cards as illustrated. HOWEVER... This is all about you. Pick the cards relevant to your life. If you want to address another aim or goal, use a blank card to do that. You cannot do this wrong. Ideas: Try adding a little "bling" to your mobile. Beads. An old earring. A feather you collected on a trip. You can even tie a rock to the cards. Be creative!
To create it, you have to know what “IT” is!
Put your cards together in a way to help you focus your intentions:
Now, with the guidance of the LIFT™ kit, you will create a kinetic, piece by piece rendering of the future you envision, lifting that vision up in your mind and in your sight as a piece of moving art, a prompt to move toward your goals.
• Create a mobile using hemp or string. • Tie your cards to something from nature like a curly willow branch. • Use an embroidery hoop to make a circular mobile.
• Stand them up on your desk in the case/stand. • Pull a new card each day to focus your intentions. • Arrange them on a bulletin board.
Just making the cards, you've activated your subconscious so it is already hard at work. Reinforce it by revisiting your vision often. Make it a practice. Be creative. Have fun.

—Carl Jung
There are nine primary cards to help you with your exploration of your ideal life. Why 9? Nine represents attainment, satisfaction, accomplishment and success. The spiritual meaning of nine deals with intellectual power, inventiveness, and influence over situations and things. The center True Nature card represents as you truly are. The remaining 8 cards surround you and complete the picture.
note: the case works as a stand for your finished vision cards!

Then suspend your cards from a curly willow branch, a string of beads, or stand the cards in the case on your desk.

Finish with Images Next, flip the cards over to to illustrate what youve written. You’re now engaging your right hemisphere — the part that exists in the “here and now” and “thinks” in pictures and emotions. Use colors, images, sketches, photographs — anything that will trigger the feelings that you want to attract.

Start with Words Use the writing prompts to drill down to what’s important to you. As you write, pay close attention to the FEELING you desire. Be specific. This activity uses speech, language, and linear thinking: the strengths of the left hemisphere of your brain. .
