What’s so Special about the So, do it! Planner? TRIMESTERS We’ve found that our lives happen in a circular rhythm. So instead of quarters, we’ve divided the year is divided into 3 Trimesters. In fact, I think of September as my “new year” - what about you? The TRIMESTER Calendar is one page with no breaks. The facing page is the corresponding ACTION Planner to adapt to your life. September - December . . . . Summer’s over and we’re back to work and school. Then December’s nuts, right? January - April . . . . . . . . . . . . Whew! January, starting fresh again... Focusing ‘til spring.. May - August . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Then spring fever hits and it’s summer. That time we think we’re supposed to kick back, but...

Part 2: 17 Weekly Spreads Set the Tone
Just like when you set up your Trimester, you’ll do the same for each week. Find a regular time to plan your week. Schedule it. Determine when you’ll take your weekly “brief intermission” - by yourself, a time just for you, .Go, do, be anything you’d like. Take a nap. Walk in the woods. Go browse a bookstore. Whatever will fill you up for an hour. 1 hour each week. Just for you.

Same for your Connecting list. Who will you reach out to this week. Add

DAILY FOCUS PANEL
Think about each day and set an intention or focus for each day. If we aren’t intentional about our days, they will slip by...
LISTS - WORK, LIFE As you think of something that you need to do, get or remember, jot it down. This panel folds in so that you can always see your focus panels. If you don’t finish the list by next week, tear it off and carry it forward.
Part 3: Dotted Pages for Visualizing and an Index for Important Stuff One of the things that makes us a little nuts is remembering where we wrote something down. Now, when you have a brilliant idea, simply turn to the back of the book, and jot the page number down in the Index for Important stuff.
