Diogo Ribeiro
In Diogo Ribeiro’s works, colours, lines and textures advance and recede on paper, showcasing the macro and microcosm of a very personal universe in which nature, mythology and the surreal coexist.
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, he has been drawing since his teenage years. His first works were featured in “Chronicles of Pepper and Cinnamon”, a project about the Portuguese Discoveries, and on the television show “Painted Poems”. Since 2016, he has created various promotional materials for Portuguese music projects, and had his first collective exhibition, “Labyrinths”, in 2018. His first solo exhibit, “Maps”, took place in 2019.
