Make your own Glitter Foil Art

Introduction • Fun Facts •
What Makes Glitter Sparkle? Glitter is made up of thousands, even tens of thousands of tiny pieces of various materials! What types of materials? Some common glitter materials include copolymer plastics, aluminium foil, titanium dioxide, and iron oxides. These materials are usually produced in thin sheets that are painted with bright metallic or iridescent colours that reflect light. The sheets are then cut up into tiny pieces to make glitter that sparkles brightly when its many pieces reflect light in a colourful spectrum! Modern Glitter has only been around for about 75 years or so. However, scientists have found cave paintings over 2,000 years old that include mica flakes that give the paintings a sparkly appearance.
You were born to Sparkle, the glitter is just to make someone else’s day!

Watch the Instruction Video on how to make Glitter Foil Art? https://youtu.be/TYbOzImvKzM Step 1: Removing the Stickers Start with removing the stickers off the printed board to decorate. Make sure you start with peeling off small portions of the stickers. Step 2: Adding the Glitter Start by using one of the glitter tubes to colour the peeled off areas on the printed board. Sprinkle small quantity of glitter and spread it gently with your fingers. The glitter should stick to the peeled off areas. Use different colour glitters to decorate different parts of the printed board. Step 3: Placing the Foil Using the transfer tool, peel off a big area to decorate. Take one of the foil sheets and place it over the peeled off area. Use your fingers to press the foil into the sticky area. Use the transfer tool to impress the foil onto the sticky area. Gently remove the foil sheet from the sticky area. This will leave a part of the foil sheet sticking to the peeled off area giving it a shiny appearance. Repeat steps 1,2 & 3 to complete. Step 4: And it’s Ready Finish off your masterpiece by adding the rhinestones. Your very own foil & glitter Nebulous star is ready to shine.

Make your own mini Garden
What is a Succulent Plant?
Succulents are plants that store water. Derived from the Latin word “sucus”, which means juice or sap, these plants are often considered to be drought-resistant. This diverse group of plants is popular for the home gardener and generally don’t require a large amount of maintenance. Succulents are usually characterized by thick, rubbery, or “fleshy” parts. However, there are many options and these plants come in an array of shapes, sizes, textures, and colours. Succulents are often noted for their exotic or unusual appearance.
