Our fresh produce branding is changing… We wanted to let you know that we are working on some changes with our fresh produce branding. This will in no way affect the current fresh, seasonal fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs you receive from us or the customer service we offer.

We currently brand all of our fresh produce products under: Mise en Place

You may be used to seeing this name and these logos in our printed product communications, on our website and also on our product labels. To align our branding to the Creed family values and to be more in keeping with our current identity, we will be re-branding our fresh produce offering to ‘Creed Fresh Produce’ and our logo will be updated to:

The logo is synonymous with our Creed Believe In More stamp that our customers are already familiar with, and for those that are new to Creed and our offering, the name will communicate very clearly that we, at Creed, offer a range of fresh produce. We will still be offering speciality produce under our sub-brand Mise en Place, so you can expect to continue to see this name and logo sitting underneath our Creed Fresh Produce brand.

You will start to see these new logos appearing in our communications from this month so please don’t worry – there is absolutely no change to the products you are purchasing. You can still expect the same great product quality, consistency and seasonality that is of upmost importance to you. Our produce is locally sourced where possible and we receive regular deliveries from Covent Garden Market, as well as a number of leading suppliers, and this will continue. Scotbloc

The perfect finish made easy

Simple, fast and effective, Scotbloc is easy to melt and suitable for all bakery & catering requirements, such as coating, drizzling, shaving and enrobing. The coating requires no tempering and can be used over a wide temperature range, making it practical and versatile for a perfect finish.

Preparation Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Equipment Required: 24cm/ 9 inch square food service tin, spatula, baking parchment, rolling pin, freezer bag and non stick pan.

Method: 1. Line 24cm/9in square baking tin with baking parchment.

3. Place the biscuits into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin until some have turned to crumbs but there are still pieces of biscuit remaining.

2. Heat the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a pan over a gentle heat.
