Our fresh produce branding is changing…

We wanted to let you know that we are working on some changes with our fresh produce branding. This will in no way affect the current fresh, seasonal fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs you receive from us or the customer service we offer.

We currently brand all of our fresh produce products under: Mise en Place

You may be used to seeing this name and these logos in our printed product communications, on our website and also on our product labels.

To align our branding to the Creed family values and to be more in keeping with our current identity, we will be re-branding our fresh produce offering to ‘Creed Fresh Produce’ and our logo will be updated to:

Scotbloc

The perfect finish made easy

Simple, fast and effective, Scotbloc is easy to melt and suitable for all bakery & catering requirements, such as coating, drizzling, shaving and enrobing.

The coating requires no tempering and can be used over a wide temperature range, making it practical and versatile for a perfect finish.

Preparation Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Equipment Required: 24cm/ 9 inch square food service tin, spatula, baking parchment, rolling pin, freezer bag and non stick pan.

Method: 1. Line 24cm/9in square baking tin with baking parchment.

3. Place the biscuits into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin until some have turned to crumbs but there are still pieces of biscuit remaining.

• 125g Soft Unsalted Butter • 300g Plain Scotbloc • 3 tbsp Golden Syrup • 200g Rich Tea Biscuits • 100g Mini Marshmallows • 2 tsp Icing Sugar, to dust

2. Heat the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a pan over a gentle heat.

4. Fold the biscuit pieces and crumbs into the melted chocolate mixture in the saucepan, and then add the marshmallows.

5. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top with a wet spatula.

6. Refrigerate for two hours.

7. To serve, cut into 24 pieces and dust with icing sugar.
