Our teams have carefully selected new products to complement our established Christmas range, offering you a greater opportunity to add your own touch when finishing these products, as well as a range of quality, versatile ingredients to use in your scratch cooking.
Our Executive Development Chef Rob Owen, has been integral to the development of this year’s range and concepts. “From my experience in the trade, I know that it is challenging to develop Christmas menus each year that are profitable and can be finished consistently by the team. I would usually seek a number of core products from Creed Foodservice, and finish them in-house before serving. Whether it’s a garnish or an accompaniment, I hope you will be inspired by the serving suggestions that you can adapt to really make these dishes your own. When preparing an indvidual Beef Wellington, evenly spread pâté on a crêpe and fold around the steak tightly before wrapping in puff pastry. The meat juices will soak into the crêpe and will prevent the pastry from going soggy whilst cooking.
MAINS Our Mise en Place butchery range steals most of the limelight when it comes to Christmas mains! It offers you the flexibility to create fantastic main courses using higher welfare meats such as our Beef Fillet for Beef Wellington, or Turkey Joints for a traditional Turkey dinner with all the trimmings. SAVOURY CANAPÉS These individual Spicy Canapé Cups (281620) give you the opportunity to offer a bespoke canapé service. The options are endless, try adding staple combinations such as charcuterie and chutney, red onion and brie, smoked salmon and cream cheese or crayfish and marierose. Alternatively offer something a little different such as smoked duck with fig chutney or houmous and toasted pumpkin seeds.

TRIO OF DESSERTS
Treat your customers to a traditional beef wellington whilst simplifying the preparation by using individual fillet steaks.
Combine the Macphie Pots (Lemon 285850 & Red Berry 285860), Individual New York Baked Cheesecake (852050) and Bite Size Christmas Pudding (783270) to create a truly spectacular dessert.
Our Mise en Place 172g Fillet Steak (708050) is ideal for this dish. Sear the steak and cool before brushing with English mustard for added flavour. Evenly spread Brussels pâté on a crêpe and fold around the steak tightly before wrapping in puff pastry. This will prevent the pastry from going soggy whilst cooking.
Dauphinoise potatoes or creamy mash potato alongside winter greens such as broccoli and kale are delicious accompaniments to these individual beef wellingtons. Try adding chestnuts to a side of sprouts for a festive twist.

To create the lemon and red berry posset, boil the Sicilian Lemon Macphie Pot in a pan. Pour a little into a shot glass and place in the fridge for an hour to set. Boil the Red Berry Pot and fill the remainder of the shot glass. Return to the fridge to set.
Position the posset on a long plate and add a garnish of your choice to decorate. Red currants, a raspberry or candied peel look great. Decorate the centre of the plate with raspberry coulis and position the Individual Cheesecake on top. Finally, pipe some brandy cream onto the final third of the plate and add the Individual Christmas Pudding.
