oats & seeds energy bar

Directions Ingredients

150g Pitted Dates

200ml Coconut Milk

2 Bananas

325g Whole Oats

110g Raisins

100g Dried Apricots

80g Pumpkin Seeds

60g Chia Seeds

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp Salt (optional)

Soak the dates in a bowl of water 1-2 hours.

1. Drain the water and place the dates in a blender. Add the bananas, coconut milk, cinnamon and salt.

2 Blend on full speed until it becomes a smooth paste. 3.

Add all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix in the date paste. 4

Place the mix into a pre-lined tray and compact down. 5.

Place into the fridge to set for overnight where possible or 3-4 hours. 6.
