2. Chop the garlic, ginger and parsley with the chilli flakes

500g Dolmio Bolognese Sauce 20 Chicken Thighs quartered 1 tbsp. Dried Chilli Flakes 4cm piece of Ginger • 2 Cloves of Garlic 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar • 2 tbsp. Honey A handful of Flat Leaf Parsley including stalks

3. Mix with sugar and the honey and toss in the chicken 4. Place in a baking tray with the peppers and onion 5. Stir in the Dolmio Bolognese Sauce and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, stirring a couple of times during cooking

6. Take out of the oven, season and serve in warm flat breads or with pasta
